Was not happy with their service for being a 5 star hotel. Lots of miscommunication and mistakes. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

The rooftop pool is excellent, with a nice view of the city and ocean and friendly and helpful staff. It's open 24 hours which is a big bonus! Breakfast was delicious and the egg custard tarts were too good and added a few cm to my waist.

The location is good, but the service is very poor. The front desk phone number is not reachable, and the attitude is arrogant. The room was not cleaned until 3:30 in the afternoon, and there was a big hole in the bath towel.
During the stay, the room attendant swiped the card to enter the room without knocking twice, and the communication was ineffective.
As soon as I checked in, the light in the room was broken. After the worker came to repair it, no one cleaned it up. The floor was covered with wall dust. After contacting customer service, someone came to clean it up after 45 minutes.
There was an all-night event at the entrance of the hotel, and cars were restricted. The hotel did not inform in advance, which caused inconvenience to travel and made a lot of noise and I couldn't sleep all night.
There were problems with the room hygiene, and people in the two rooms passing through had allergies.
