First of all, thanks to Brittany. I believe she is the best employee. Very helpful and nice. The first two rooms that I got had some issues with the cleanness, but she helped and addressed this issue asap. However, i could not see kindness from other employees. No smile, no eye contact, some people seemed like they did not want to work - did not want to help out the guests even if the inconvenience caused by the hotel. Again, only Brittany knows how to offer hospitality.

We one the best hotel stays ever here. The room was absolutely perfect, clean andits smelled so good when we walked in.

Neat and hygienic! The surrounding environment is very beautiful, as if you are living in the forest! You can take a walk around the area! I just accidentally went for a walk in the cemetery at night, thinking it was a park! To scare people

If you are visiting Washington, this hotel is a little far away, the hotel facilities and environment are good, and the breakfast is also good👍

The best hotel for this trip was actually the cheapest. The hotel is located at the highway intersection, parking is free, breakfast is good, and it is about a 30-minute drive to Capitol Hill and the White House.

There is a self-service store in the lobby with instant noodles and ice cream. It is very clean and not noisy.

The location is excellent, the service attitude is good, and the environment is not bad. After all, it is a trustworthy brand of Crowne Plaza. This place is worth recommending for business trips!

This is a very nice propery and is convenient to my location. The rooms are clean and inviting. I enjoy my stay every time I visit and I would recommend this hotel to others

I like the hotel in general. The staff and has been great and the room is great, spacious, comfortable. Pretty nice.

Property and rooms were very clean. Just a few issues with our stay. First the elevators were very slow. There were a group of highschoolers in the hotel and I think they were playing with the elevator buttons. Also, we had set up the room for three people, but only two towels when we arrived. I had to chase an extra towel a little bit. Also, I was surprised there was no business office. I needed to print some thing, but there was no public printer available. Other than these minor inconveniences, the hotel is very nice

Fantastic check in, the hotel staff were super friendly. Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable. My only 2 complaints is the front desk told us that no housekeepers would enter our room unless we asked because we were only there 1 night. Check out was at 12, around 9am housekeeping attempted to enter our room with knocking but we had the latch on so they couldn’t. If checkout is at noon why were they coming in at 9am? Also we didn’t have large towels and only hand towels to use after our shower.

Great place to stay. Clean, great amenities, and wonderful staff!! Next to Greenbelt station green line for park and ride

One of the best hotels i have stayed in, in quite some time I truly would recommend this one to anyone looking for a five star hotel.
