Following a national strike in Belgium, our flight was canceled. I called the hotel to announce our arrival a day later, and everything was confirmed. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room had been canceled for a no-show (despite my call and confirmation). The first solution offered was to accommodate us for one night at our own expense in another hotel. And after lengthy discussions, we were able to stay in the hotel and start our stay peacefully. I wanted to thank the front desk team, who were professional and attentive. However, internal communication doesn't seem to be working. The on-site team is lovely! The hotel's location is fine; it's 10 minutes from two metro stations. Connections are good. The hotel isn't super fresh, but our room, 618, was clean and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. On the other hand, a small downside is that the avenue is very noisy and the fire station is not far away...

The room was very clean and cleaned promptly every day. There was coffee and hot water downstairs 24 hours a day.

The room size is okay. It's standard for a normal three-star hotel in China, which is rare in New York. The location is pretty good, and it's relatively close to the subway station. It's only two subway stops away from Manhattan. The soundproofing of the room is average. If you don't sleep well, I suggest you tell the front desk and ask them to give you a room not facing the street. They are L-shaped, so some rooms are facing the street and some are not. Also be careful to avoid the ice-making machines, they are too noisy. There is 24-hour hot boiled water in the lobby on the first floor! ! ! The service was very enthusiastic. While I was waiting for the bus in the lobby, there was a front desk clerk named Molly who took the initiative to help me keep my luggage.

The sanitation facilities are good, but the breakfast is a bit simple.
