The tenant has made improvements with the new hob, extension cords. It would be really desirable if the shower head could be hung. The outside table is really tired. The mattresses are obsolete Nevertheless, the rental. Is very well located and very quiet

Mold and resulting odor and general state of disrepair of the dwelling. Not possible to stay there under current conditions. Risk of fire with bare light fixture and ready to burn dirty coffee maker.
