The place is in the most beautiful town, in the very center. Locations is superb. The room has all amendments you might think off, even has kitchen things like a hob and a pan and a microwave, fridge, all very nicely designed into the room. I did not need to use then as there are so many nice places around to eat, but it could be very useful in some cases. The bed was super comfortable. The place is quiet, handy for a good night sleep. The receptionist was really nice and helpful when needed, I would really come back here again as there are still so many things to see in San Lorenzo!

The hotel is very nice and in the best possible location. We had a suite on the top floor for Christmas and really enjoyed it. The weather was cold and so are the monastery buildings but the staff at San Lorenzo Suites Hotel is warm, helpful and friendly. Very nice all together.

The is the second time we have stayed at San Lorenzo Suites in El Escorial. We have friends who live in El Escorial and were visiting. The rooms are absolutely quiet. The hotel is not on a main street, but a 4 to 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff at reception speak Spanish and English and promptly answered our reservation and emailed question. Breakfast is available either in your room or downstairs. The hotel is an older building, renovated by a genius architect. It is not a chain hotel with identical, rectangular rooms. The hotel has character. The rates are reasonable. On both visits we elected suites and had magnificent views.

Excellent hotel in the old part of El Escorial. We booked a suite. Very reasonable price. Great view from our windows. We had a sitting area, a small kitchen area and a breakfast area. Much appreciated as we had arrived that morning on an overnight flight and wanted to nap during part of the day. Staff at reception very helpful It is a renovated building by a famous firm of Spanish architects. On a quiet street 2 and 3 blocks to the sites of interest. Our several questions were promptly answered by email in English.

I stayed here for 3 nights in August for a family wedding. It was easily the most comfortable, tasteful and beautiful hotel I have experienced in Madrid. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the price was much lower than would be expected for such a marvellous place in this stunning location. I can't wait to return!!

Tout est parfait, depuis l'accueil attentionné et charmant de Belen jusqu'au petit déjeuner avec jus d'oranges pressé et petits pains croustillants. Situation idéale au coeur de la vieille ville sur une jolie place arborée, on rejoint le palais de l'Escurial en quelques minutes à pied. Grand choix de restaurants à proximité. Quant à la chambre, nous recommandons la 302 ou 301, avec une vue magnifique sur l'Escurial juste au dessus de la cime des marronniers et parfaitement calme. Bonne literie, espace salon avec canapé, kitchenette équipée de plaques de cuisson, refrigérateur, évier, micro-ondes machine à expresso et bouilloire. Belle salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, le tout d'une propreté immaculée. Si vous passez la nuit à San Lozenzo, c'est là qu'il faut aller.

Были здесь одну ночь) - вечером на ресепшн никого нет; нам заранее отправили инструкцию по смс, как заехать в отель (входная дверь открывается кодом, потом открываешь ящичек с ключом, которым открываешь следующую дверь - в общем, отель надежно закрыт); - отмечу высокий уровень сервиса, что проявилось в следующем. Мы брали несколько номеров и случайно оставили ключи от одного номера в самом номере. Позвонили по контакту из полученной ранее смс-инструкции, и через полчаса приехал человек и открыл нам номер (дело было в районе 10 часов вечера); - комплексные завтраки стоят в районе 6-7 евро, неплохие (фото с меню прилагаю); - вид с 4 этажа на Эскориал потрясающий!; - рядом на улице пункт раздельного приема мусора, очень хорошо слышно, как кто-то его выкидывает (это минус). В целом хорошо!)

No sólo son las vistas o las estupendas habitaciones, el buen trato de la maravillosa Belén hace de la estancia una sensación con muy buena energía. El Escorial aporta muchos lugares que visitar y un ambiente sano....se necesita tiempo para poder disfrutar de este lugar tan especial! Muy recomendable!!

Hotel muy bonito, bastante acogedor y bastante moderno, tiene cocina propia, microondas, fregadero, televisión moderna... Las camas son comodisimas, el baño es también muy bonito, la habitación es muy amplia. La temperatura es cálida, ideal sobre todo por el frío que hace en el exterior. Disponen de WiFi y de servicio de habitaciones, dejan todo muy limpio.
