Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel itself is close to the metro station with 2 lines (both lines serve the major tourist sites), making it very convenient. The housekeeping is excellent too. Highly recommend, will stay again!

The experience was very bad! The hotel said it would open in 2023! In fact, it was just the original Four Seasons Hotel that changed its brand. The only things that were renovated might be the bathroom countertops and mirrors. The room type I booked was 38-45 square meters, and 30 square meters was barely enough. After I checked in, I couldn't cancel it and changed it to only one night, but the merchant refused. After the negotiation failed, Ctrip intervened, and the reason was the Canton Fair. I only refunded 20% of the room fee for the second night, but I didn't want to stay there at all. The hotel should be surrounded by old communities, especially the sewer at the door of the hotel was super smelly! It was completely at the level of a guesthouse!
