Very consistent service with excellence, staffs are very welcoming and friendly, 100% Japanese style hotel, comes with a washer/dryer in room. 5 mins walk to GS25 convenient store, restaurant around walking vicinity too, highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Daily free shuttle bus to popular locations. Nice breakfast spread. Surprising to see a hot spring facility. Take note of the road conditions on the main road, can be pretty bad.

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.
