Based on Trip.com reviews, I chose this hotel as my resting place during the city tour. No regrets in booking here because it was very convenient and easily accessible to tourist attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and my kids liked hotel breakfast. Therefore we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed for just 1 night before my flight home. Got a higher level room at 11th floor with unblock view. You can trust 全季 with good room standards - fast WiFi, big screen television with news, strong hot shower, working air conditioner, clean room with no smoking stench.

Pleasant stay at the hotel, quiet, good locations to a lot of tourist places, nearby have a lot of food variety, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful as well, allow us for late check out till 2pm, will stay here again in the future

We arrived at the hotel at night. The front desk girls welcomed us politely. They gave us some goodies. They told us the floor of one of the rooms were wet but can change if we are not satisfied. However it dried fast and we decided not to change coz our room is just side by side with our relatives. One thing we were not satisfied was that there was no mirror in the room. The location is good. Can get food easily. We travelled by DiDi coz it worth for 4 persons.

The hotel was located in the older part of GZ and offers a glimpse of the local daily lives of the city. Food was abundant and delicious around walking distance from the hotel. The service staff was not very helpful and neither were they too friendly. Gave us the impression that it is just a job to them. Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Super good chain hotel that me and family love so much whenever in china. Service from the crew is top notch, very efficient,very helpful and always greet customers whenever someone passing by. Room size is decent, even the smallest room at 15m² is comfortable. All rooms are clean, tea pack is provided and unlimited water bottle can be requested all time. I will definitely book this hotel or the same chain whenever I'm in china. It is a trustable hotels and price is decent. Breakfast is good and with varieties.

Good location with nice food surrounding the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. They even provided kung fu tea set in the room. Highly recommended.

Pretty happy with the room provided, centrally located to some destinations by foot and short distance to catch a DiDi if needed. Rooms are not individually air conditioned so you have a choice of cool or warm airconditioned rooms. I picked the cool one which was a little chilly for Guangzhou weather in January. Warm rooms were noted to be a bit stuffy but there are windows that can be opened for fresh air. Overall happy with this hotel, staff are all lovely and helpful. Would have extended my stay if I were in the city a bit longer

We stayed 5 nights. One of the days, the floor was not vacuumed. We can see some fallen hair still left on the floor when we came back. The tv channels were not functioning. But we still like the hotel for its use of high tech, room cleanliness, comfort and non-slip floor in shower area (good for elderly). Can also improve on the friendliness of the front counter service

Highly recommended hotel, good service & located just 400m nearby the train station. There are a lot of nice food nearby the hotel too. Very clean hotel.

Spent over a week here. Location is decent, not too far from the metro station and within walking distances to many restaurants. Free self serve laundry that’s open 24 hours a day. Their machines say they automatically add soap but they offer soap so I’m not totally sure what the deal is with that. I did see someone adding the offered soap directly to the drum so after that, I did too just in case.  Their housekeeping is a bit hit or miss. They offered a ton of water bottles everyday, but during our 8 night stay, they made up the beds only once during that time. Found some staining or mold in the shower stall the first night so cleanliness might not be a big priority. That and hair was left on the floor so they aren’t vacuuming every day either. Bonus is that their housekeeper spoke Cantonese at least and did scrub the shower stall after we made the issue known to her.  Overall, not a bad place to stay for a longer period if those above issues aren’t dealbreakers.
