Very clean, large bathroom, sunny window seat, cold inside but provided electric blankets. Owners were friendly. Located just outside the ancient city, just had to walk across the road to get in. The mornings were often loud with car horns though.

Cleanliness and welcoming boss.

So far ....we feel the hotel shall get two thumbs up. Everything happens so smooth. Language barrier doesnt seem to be a problem. With the budget price, we really recommend this hotel. We love the top view hotel when doing laundry......Love the hotel......Staffs are great.....

Lovely couple running this hotel, is a short walk to ancient city, decent place to stay when visiting Shangrila

The hotel is in a moderate location, just a few minutes away from the north and east gates of the ancient city, the Great Buddha Temple, the huge prayer tube and other attractions. The room is just the right size and there is a window sill where you can sit and soak up the sun! There is a clothes drying area on the roof of the 4th floor which is very convenient! Almost a total value for money!

Overall, it's okay. The store's service attitude is very good, and they are very proactive when they get off the car and help with luggage. The only drawback is that it is located on the side of the road. It is basically not possible to sleep well before 12 o'clock when cars are passing by. If you like quietness, don't choose it. The curtains are not effective in blocking light. At about 9 o'clock in the evening, the light from the opposite side came over and the room was very bright. If I forgot to take pictures in the room, I took pictures of the ancient city and grassland instead.

I am also very satisfied with the room I stayed in this time. The room is spacious and clean, with warm and comfortable layout.

I have a comment: the sanitation is very clean and the owner cleans it himself. The environment is average. I hear car horns at night facing the street. It is very cold at night. There is an electric blanket on the bed and the air conditioner is restricted. But one night I heard the outdoor air conditioner again. The buzzing sound should be that another room has opened; the service is good: there is a free parking space, and the store owner guided the way there; the room facilities are new, the toilet is a little blocked, and the water force is insufficient. The location is right at the entrance of the ancient city, and it is very convenient to walk inside the ancient city.

The room facilities are very poor. Cars are honking on the street at 8 o'clock in the morning. It is impossible to sleep. The ventilation fan in the room is also very loud. The experience is really average. Please check in with caution.

This is the best inn I've ever stayed in. It's really great. They clean and make the beds every day. The owner is also very hospitable. The children are also very cute. They also helped me carry my luggage. I am very grateful. I especially like this room. The recommended beef hotpot is also very delicious.

The price is very cheap. The room is very clean and tidy. It is very close to Dukezong Ancient City and can be reached within a few steps. The boss is very nice and greets us every time we return to the B&B after visiting.

We six international students came to Shangri-La for the first time. We had a very good experience because the boss and his wife were very welcoming. The room was also very nice and clean with a good view. I will introduce friends to Shangri-La in the future😊😊
