Everything is near perfect except room and bed might be too small for some. The hotel breakfast is really simple and lacks variety.

The size of the room is not bad. The unit bath is small, but that's the same in all hotels in Tokyo. It's a tatami room, so everything is on the floor. There is no desk, so if you want to work, there are plenty of outlets and tables in the shared dining hall on the top floor, which overlooks the Sumida River, so you can relax. I was happy that they served bread from a long-established nearby store for breakfast. Both the bread and corn soup are vegetarian-friendly.
