I am a family traveller with 2 young kids. Stayed for 4d3n in the Family room. Overall the room cleanliness is good and sound proof insulation as good as well. The bed is comfortable and have a small sitting area for the kids to rest. Amenities in room can be further improved eg.the are no basic cutleries for making drinks, toilet bowl doesn't have bidet and water pipe for kids and lack of a simple wardrobe place. The breakfast was good even though the selection of choices are not a lot. Plus point is the guest laundry which is very convenient for travellers which staying longer duration. However, the lobby and public area air cleanliness needs to be improved as during weekdays, the smoking smell is quite strong which is very uncomfortable for guest who doesn't smoke and with kids. Location wise a bit lack as there are not much shops around. Probably why there are more business traveller here. If the above is further improved, everything will be perfect.

We arrived at the hotel at almost 8pm, and we had to wait because the room was not cleaned yet. I wrote "high floor, non-smoking, quiet" when I booked it, but I was given this room on the lowest floor. I could vaguely hear the sound of cars on the road all night. There was a strong odor from the toilet when I entered the room, and there were scraps of paper on the carpet. The room was not cleaned at all before it was handed over.

I always stay at All Seasons when I'm on a long business trip, but this time the experience was terrible! I booked a room online, but when I arrived at the hotel at 23:30 in the evening, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet!
