The hotel is situated just stone's throw away from Sun Yat Sen memorial train station. Provides decent breakfast and even some snacks like Cantonese tong sui and fruits etc for supper! They upgraded our room to one with a window. Room is clean and looks new. It was our first day of the holiday else we would have used their free laundry service provided.

This Hotel is located just next to the Memorial Hall Station, exit D1, which is a plus for convenience travelling. The room is spacious and comfortable with adequate stay-in condiments. The hotel staffs are helpful, we enjoy the morning breakfast. 👍👍👍

Located just outside the metro. in the mall there js 7-11, subway and mcdonald’s. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is awesome. Wifi is slow and unable to download when using whatsapp. overall is good located as it is just few stops to most attractions.

Location is good and easy to go around definitely will book this hotel again if come to guangzhou buffet breakfast is nice and midnight canteen is superb

Excellent hotel in the heart of Guangzhou. We had a room with two king sized beds which was perfect for 3 of us - couple and a single. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Washing machines and driers in the lobby were provided and very helpful. Free breakfast every day and you could choose from western cuisines or Chinese dishes including freshly made soup noodles. And if that sort of cuisine does not sujite you there is a McDonalds, 7-11, Starbucks and Subway in the lobby. In the evening they provided late night snacks of instant noodles and eggs which was a nice amenity. There are not many other eating places in the local area but we did discover, when we checked out from another entrance, outside that entrance were two local restaurants which had we known, might have frequented. Attaching a photo for future guests to check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our party wanted to order a meal from a food delivery service and they helped us use the app since it was all in Chinese and required a local number so they used the hotel number and the food came right to our room. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall station (Guangzhou Metro) on Line 2 right outside the hotel which made getting to destinations in Guangzhou very convenient. My only small issue was the hotel WiFi was very spotty. It would go in and out and in the end I just usually hot spotted my phone. Highly recommended and certainly would chose this place on a future visit without hesitation.

Although it's super near train station but it's a small hotel located on 5th floor 1 level of rooms only. Room is big enough & clean. Lobby environment is nicely decorate but the breakfast is simple only even they provide supper is extremely simple too! On level 1 there are Mcdonald, Starbucks, subway & a 24hrs store 7-11 too. There is no other shops around even restaurants but u can just take train 1 stop @¥2 to "公园前" station for some shopping or food even further down walking distance to beijing road walking street too.

This is not a real hotel, despite the high rise pictures on trip.com. It is a 5th floor office, converted into many rooms. You have to enter from the back of the building that's hard to find, unnamed road. It's behind the McDonalds restaurant. There are many of these so called hotels like these on trip.com. Photographs showing of non existant ameneties sold on your site. I'm disappointed with type of deceptive marketing. This is not I expect from trup.com.

We have two rooms here, and all there are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast till 12:00! No one hotel have proposes like this. Very close to the station and to the Beijing road. Thank You so much! We are hope to visit you soon

Everything is OK Breakfast & supper provided is a plus. Metro station right at your doorstep, making travelling is extremely convenient.

The service was very good. We particularly liked the free breakfast and use of washing machine.

Overall, the CityNote Hotel offers a comfortable stay for me and my family.

Great looking and modern family room. I am surprised by the size of it being able to accommodate two lounge sofas too. Location is another excellent point being just within less than 100 metres to metro line 2 that connects to the Guangzhou south railway station. And also I would like to commend your staff for taking the initiative to pack this bag of cookies for us when we checked out because we loved it and she knew it was only available online. Please give her a compliment.

It's my second time staying here. Convenient location and great service once again. Great location for families and couples!
