The room smells like toilet. Carpet is dirty. They don’t offer shampoo or water or anything. There is only one elevator working which seems broken. And everyone has to wait.

Our stay here was okay, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and it's located in a great location. However, the hotel could use a good Deep cleaning and it feels like it was a very nice place at one time but could now use some updates.
