"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure."

"The hotel is located just next to Dong Guang Street and by the river (for canal cruise). It is very convenient. The staff are all super friendly and we got some herbal tea and coffee while we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. The decoration is quite modern and I like the smart partitioning of functions in the hotel room which has a smaller area than one of typical western brands. Breakfast is quite delightful with combination of local and western selections. The hotel does offer a good Mercure user experience with a super energetic service team. Thanks and cheers!"

"Follow-up comments: 1. First of all, the security brothers who were responsible for reception on the first floor were really enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage and parked the car. They smiled and showed us the way. Every time we returned to the hotel from outside, they immediately pressed the elevator for us and washed the car very clean. They really made us feel at home. When I left the hotel, I forgot where I put my sunglasses, so I kept looking for them in the car. The two security brothers stood by the car and waited. MMurray FamilyDuring our recent trip to Yangzhou, we had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay.
Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones.
Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The processing speed was very fast, and they also helped to send the luggage all the way to the room, and introduced the operation of the room's intelligent voice in detail, which was super considerate. The room was particularly clean and tidy, and the decoration was simple and modern. Lying on the comfortable big bed, you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ancient city and the canal, which was very comfortable. Fresh fruits are delivered every day, and the drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. Who can not love this service!
The focus is to praise the housekeeper Haitao! Before coming to the hotel, Haitao took the initiative to add WeChat and asked me if I had any needs. Knowing that I wanted to try the local food, he immediately sent a detailed food guide, from special morning tea shops, such as Quyuan Tea House and Fuchun Tea House, to Yangzhou banquets for dinner, and street snacks, such as osmanthus cakes on Caiyi Street and Hu Laohan stinky tofu on Dongguan Street, which made me drool. Not only that, he also helped me plan a great tour route based on my time, cleverly connecting the attractions of Slender West Lake, He Garden, Dongguan Street, and Pishi Street, so that I could avoid a lot of detours and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yangzhou.
The hotel is also in a superb location. There is a garden teahouse next to it, and He Garden is 500 meters across the bridge. Popular snack bars are all nearby, and it is also very cheap to take a taxi to the main attractions. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, and there is no need to worry about traveling.
The hotel also has a free laundry room and gym, and a rich variety of breakfasts, including Chinese and Western food, which can meet the tastes of different people. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Yangzhou in the future, and I recommend it to everyone. I believe you will love it when you come!

YyanziziMy stay at this hotel was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, both when I arrived and when my rides came, and even rushed to open doors for me.
I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

GGuest UserOverall, it's not bad. The hotel is relatively new, has a sense of design, and the indoor environment is good. Smart home, great experience. Indoor projection is very popular with children. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, the service was ok, and he even gave me a souvenir before leaving.
A few suggestions: First of all, I feel that there is a lack of a full-length mirror, and one should be installed at the entrance; secondly, it is recommended to place a shelf or a simple clothes hanger next to the bathtub; also, the hotel breakfast can be more attentive, and steamed buns should be served earlier. It is best not to use quick-frozen ones, try to use fresh ones, which is in line with the morning tea culture of the city of Yangzhou; finally, you always have to call in advance for hotel parking entrance and exit gates, which is generally not very convenient for travel.
I hope it will get better and better, and I will consider staying there in the future.

GGuest UserVery good hotel. Although the road to the hotel is a small road. When you arrive at the hotel entrance, you will feel relaxed and happy. It is very close to the north gate of Slender West Lake.
Mountain villa-style garden-style villa hotel. The trees in the yard are very artistic, basically small garden landscapes one by one. The house is in the form of a 2-story villa. Unlike the previous hotels, which are high-rise elevators, it feels more like home.
The soft and hard decoration in the room are very good. Very clean and comfortable. . . Surrounded by green outside the window, the house is clean and tidy. . It is very comfortable to stay. . . The response of the clerk is very enthusiastic. .
The geographical location requires a section similar to a country road to reach the hotel. I came at night and thought it would be inconvenient to call a taxi in the morning, but it turned out not to be. . Although it is a small road, it belongs to the urban area, so there is no need to worry about calling a Didi taxi. . If the weather is good, you can also walk to the main road. . Quiet in the hustle and bustle. . . From the hotel, you can walk directly to the north gate of Slender West Lake in the direction of Daming Temple 1-2 kilometers away. It is very quiet to sleep at night. It is my favorite hotel in Yangzhou.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

WWawabujianleWhat a surprise, upgraded to a business room! It's convenient to take the kids to the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel is very new, modernly decorated, and equipped with a swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun~ I got up early in the morning and took a walk around the Peninsula Park in the north. It's a comfortable four-kilometer range! Although the surrounding area is close to the viaduct, you can't hear the noise inside, it's still warm and comfortable!
The breakfast category is a little less, and it's not enough for a picky kid... There is no other meat except grilled chicken sausage, which is a bit embarrassing~
The wonton is good, the meat buns and three-diced buns are also delicious. In short, it's a good choice, and there are surprises. I'm really happy!

Jjoseph grayThe location is good next to the Donghu Wetland Park (walking distance) although it's hard getting around if you don't have a car. The place is big, and you get a balcony with your room. It's also quiet. Unfortunately, the day I was leaving, my Didi/taxi driver I got ended up wasting my time for 30min (he kept driving further away from me--I don't know why) and then canceled on me and made me miss my train (I'm sure the hotel staff remember me exploding on the phone with him in the lobby). The hotel was good enough to arrange a ride for me (although I still didn't make the train on time). Luckily, I was able to get another train as I had to be at work at 7am the next morning. Anyway--it's a fine hotel for the money, but I wish transportation from there was a bit more reliable/frequent.
