The rooms showed attention to detail in every aspect. I didn't realize Anshan had such a great hotel. It's a mid-to-high-end hotel under the Huazhu Group, and it looks truly excellent! Highly recommended! Most importantly, every staff member was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home! I will definitely stay here again next time and would recommend it to my friends! The front desk staff were friendly and smiling. When I checked in, they patiently answered all my questions. They were professional and efficient. They quickly helped us with our requests, making us feel at home. Because we booked the presidential suite, the ladies arranged the layout in advance and provided us with super thoughtful service.
The cleaning lady in charge of this area that day was also very responsible. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were tidy, the bathroom was bright and odor-free, and the public areas were always kept clean and fresh. The service attitude is super good, which makes people feel happy both physically and mentally. They greeted us when we got out of the elevator and showed us the way to our room quickly. Their efforts have created a comfortable living environment.

The room is large and the mattress is very comfortable, but the toothbrush is a bit prickly.

2218746****The hotel is truly fantastic. It's incredibly close to the train station, probably less than a 5-minute drive. Even though I arrived quite late, my room must have been pre-arranged because they had already turned on the AC, and it was wonderfully cool as soon as I stepped in. These thoughtful small touches really demonstrate their attention to detail. They also boast a complimentary gym and a swimming pool. I was on a business trip and didn't get a chance to use them this time, but I'm definitely planning to try them out on my next stay.
