GGuest UserThis was my first stay at this hotel, and the overall experience was excellent. Although the butler didn't contact us beforehand, the experience after check-in was wonderful. We immediately started playing in the snow tubes upon arrival, and were incredibly excited. The room had a private hot tub, which could be disinfected upon request, and soaking in it was very comfortable. There was also a late-night snack, which was a pleasant surprise and a joy. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and had air conditioning. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, every item was of excellent quality, and we ate very well. My daughter said it was much better than the Hilton in Shenyang. The guest rooms were thoughtfully decorated, and although the hotel was full, the spaciousness and pleasant environment made it very comfortable. It's perfect for families with children; the biggest surprise was the ability to feed the Kapibals (a popular snack), which cost only 9 yuan per serving – a fun experience for the kids. To get back to Anshan city center, you need to book a taxi in advance, or you can ask the butler to arrange a ride to a hotel on the main road; you can get a taxi quickly that way.

GGuest UserAbsolutely unbeatable, a must-choose for business trips to Anshan.
The hotel is newly opened, quiet and clean, and the rooms still have no renovation smell. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred meters from Anshan Railway Station and adjacent to the MixC shopping district – so convenient!
The facilities are brand new and smart; an automated food delivery robot brings meals directly to your room. The rooms are well-soundproofed, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The receptionist is exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering all your questions about nearby restaurants and attractions in great detail.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Anshan for leisure or business. Excellent value for money + unbeatable location + attentive service – definitely the most surprising hotel I've stayed at recently!

GGuest UserFor the quality expected of Atour, especially for a newly opened establishment, the quality was just average, barely passable. Most importantly, the service wasn't welcoming, whether during check-in or check-out.
Breakfast was average, with a large crowd and a chaotic atmosphere. The menu was limited, and all were vegetarian.
Overall, it was average. I hope the service quality will improve in the future.

AAnonymous UserOld hotel, because I went to Anshan to eat with friends, I booked the cheapest room for a sleep. It's a bit old, and the sewer smells a bit. The newly renovated rooms on the high floors should be much better. The service is satisfactory. Free parking for guests is good. There is a swimming pool. It costs 20 yuan for guests staying in the hotel. There are fewer people in the morning, so you have to bring your own toiletries.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Haicheng Wanyi Hotel was genuinely great. Its location is incredibly convenient, with dining and shopping options within easy reach, making getting around hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick and seamless. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom was appreciated. All facilities were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was decent, and the gym and pool met basic requirements. The only minor drawback was the elevators getting a bit crowded during peak times. However, the overall value for money is excellent, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
