"I was very impressed by the front desk service when I checked into this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and guided me to the check-in area. When I checked in, it was not only fast and accurate, but they also asked me in detail about my room needs, such as orientation, floor preference, etc. During my stay, I was in a hurry to go out and forgot to bring my room card. The front desk quickly helped me solve it and reminded me to pay attention to safety. It was really considerate. The room was clean and bright, with complete items, the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable, and the room was excellently soundproofed. Must praise!"

"I finally understand why this hotel has zero negative reviews. From the moment I walked in until I checked in, I felt the hospitality of the service staff. When I entered the room, I was greeted by the healing style of natural wood color. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hand soap smelled very good. No matter what I needed, I called the front desk and they responded immediately. I highly recommend it!"
