The service of the homestay is impeccable. From the warm and professional reception at the front desk to the friendly greetings of the restaurant aunt, every staff member is sincere and thoughtful, responsive, planning the tour route for us, the experience is excellent. The catering recommended by the staff of the hotel is also commendable. The authentic Dongjiang fish and farm dishes are fresh and taste pure. In short, this is a journey of healing both physically and mentally. Going to the villa is worthy of the name and has a sense of ”homecoming”. Next time you come to Zixing, this is undoubtedly the best choice!

The hotel was surprisingly good! The staff were all so gentle and accommodating, always ready to help. Doing laundry and drying clothes was convenient, and they even brought them back to my room. I stayed in the family room 8888, and both my kids absolutely loved it. They could play in the room for half a day, and it even came with building blocks. The room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely book this place again next time I visit.

Staff member Xiao Guo provided excellent service. A satisfying breakfast this morning set a great mood for the whole day! Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning pre-set to a comfortable temperature, and there was even a charging socket on the bedside table – so convenient since I forgot my charger. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, the hot water came quickly and had good pressure, and the toiletries smelled refreshing. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was well-prepared and delicious; it was a good value for money.

Traveling with my parents and child this time, picking the right hotel made all the difference! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming during check-in. Noticing we had a child, they thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes – such excellent attention to detail! Our room was spotless, and my child absolutely loved the cartoon-themed decor in the family room. Upon check-out, the front desk even prepared a small local souvenir for us as a thoughtful gesture. The entire stay was truly exceptional, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

The front desk staffs were friendly and efficient. We were served hot tea on arrival and were kindly checked in at 10+am. We did not buy breakfast when we made our booking but were offered a good price for it. Breakfast was varied and delicious but almost the same daily. Body lotion and conditioner was not provided in the room. The next morning when we asked for advice on sightseeing routes, Ms. 岛 advised us to hire a private vehicle and made arrangements for the hire. The hotel's location is pretty good, and it's convenient to get anywhere by taxi. There's parking available in both the front and back, not a huge number of spaces, but it's free which is great value. The laundry room is convenient, and I'm not sure what detergent they use, but my clothes came out really clean. Breakfast is decent, and you should definitely try the freshly made 'Shazhufen' (a local noodle dish). My room even got a free upgrade and came with a small outdoor patio, and the room itself was very spacious.

This is a listed five-star hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel its high-end and grandeur. In terms of service, it is completely five-star standard. The staff are warm and considerate. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my requests, which makes me feel very considerate. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and all supporting facilities are available, making it very convenient to use. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is that considering the high-quality services and complete facilities it provides, the price is very reasonable and the price-performance ratio is very high!

This was our second stay at the Jinhuang Hotel, and the quality remained excellent! The front desk recognized us and upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was quiet and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were proactive, friendly, and responsive. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping, greatly enhancing our trip to Chenzhou. We'll definitely stay here again!

The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night. Even a slight movement would make the mattress shake violently, waking up anyone next to me. Honestly, this is the worst bed I've ever experienced in any hotel. For a supposed five-star establishment, the hardware really needs an upgrade.

The price-performance ratio is very high, the service is very good, and the facilities are also very complete. The room card is really beautiful, and they also gave us honey water and Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid, which is really thoughtful. The hotel has many good details, such as disposable face towels in the sinks, and the bathroom slippers are attached to the buckles in the corners of the wall. The breakfast is also quite rich, the restaurant environment is also very good, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
