AAcedesHaving stayed in so many B&Bs, this one really stood out. The location of the homestay is excellent, and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. You can see the beautiful scenery of mountains and water just by opening the window. The room facilities are complete, and the use of smart home makes life more convenient. Moreover, the public area of the homestay is decorated in great style. It is very pleasant to drink tea and chat with the owner here while waiting for midnight snack. Next time I come to Wuyi Mountain, this will definitely be my first choice!

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities feel a bit old, but the layout is decent. The hotel's overall environment is great, blending into nature thanks to its proximity to Dawang Peak. The staff are very proactive and service-oriented. We had originally booked two consecutive packages, but realized it would rain heavily during the latter half of our stay, preventing us from going out. We discussed this with the hotel, and to our surprise, they promptly agreed to cancel one package without any cancellation fees. They are incredibly thoughtful towards their guests, which is fantastic. Definitely worth coming back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to the south entrance of Wuyishan, making it convenient to stroll and eat at the pedestrian street. The hotel service is warm and the place is clean and hygienic. The owner is very kind and upgraded our room for free. He also gave us two small packets of authentic Da Hong Pao tea. The hotel has complete facilities and amenities. The hotel's own back garden is beautiful, and there is a bookstore with a large floor-to-ceiling window facing Da Wang Peak. The sunset view in the evening is absolutely stunning. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Guanlan Shuyuan is nestled along the Chongyang Stream, offering breathtaking views of lush mountains and clear waters right from the window. The designer villa style is incredibly photogenic, and the private balcony is perfect for enjoying tea and the scenery. The whole-house smart system is super convenient. The bedding was so soft, I had a great night's sleep. Housekeeper Xiao Chen was very attentive and even brought welcome fruits. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Wuyi!

AAnonymous UserWe received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was consistently warm, friendly, and always smiling, making me feel right at home. They were attentive, thoughtful, and always happy to help, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and inviting, and the common areas were also kept impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

As for the environment, the hotel has many rooms spread across A and B buildings. The cleanliness is top-notch; the rooms are very clean and comfortable. A major plus is the air conditioning – it's completely silent and even has a sleep mode, which is fantastic! This is definitely a great choice for a resort-style hotel.

Especially the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Wenlian, who was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. The location is also very easy to find; just follow the navigation and you'll arrive directly. There's a large outdoor parking lot and an underground garage, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come back again.

We were traveling with elderly family members, and the front desk staff proactively helped us plan our sightseeing routes in the scenic area. They also recommended some authentic local restaurants tucked away in the alleys, which we thoroughly enjoyed and found to be delicious. Our room was spotless every day, and yesterday when I requested extra hangers, they were delivered within minutes of my call. My mom especially loved the Wuyi Rock Tea eggs at breakfast. We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it for another two nights. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The restaurant manager, Wang Fang, was also exceptionally welcoming. She helped us with getting everything that we needed and took great care of us during our meals.
The cook prepared excellent fresh noodles and suggested what ingredients we should try.
The people that are working in this hotel were the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the great experience.
