Stumbled upon a Ctrip gem, this B&B was a delightful surprise during my Wuyishan trip. The scenery here is stunning, easily rivaling the Nine-Bend Stream. The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. They even upgraded our room for free, offered complimentary fruit, tea eggs, and health-boosting tea, and the breakfast spread was generous. Their tea factory produces delicious tea, and they even gifted us some when we left. This B&B offers great value for money, especially for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am – I couldn't find a single flaw, even in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended!

After checking in, I found the environment to be quiet and peaceful. Every detail in the lobby and room felt very well thought out. Dining in the basement in the evening was also very approachable, and the taste offered incredible value for money. It's also very close to the scenic area's south entrance, just a six-minute drive away.

It was also a short walk to the scenic area, saving us the hassle of a long commute with a stroller. Our baby slept soundly at night, allowing us to get good rest as well. We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Traveling with a young couple for a family visit, I had to choose a hotel with a unique ambiance and excellent service. I was extremely satisfied with my choice. This time, I booked two rooms: one standard and one with a king-sized bed. The king-sized room had a larger bay window and felt quite spacious. The standard room had a tatami mat, which was clean and cozy. The narcissus provided in the room, prepared as a cold brew tea, was absolutely delicious! In the morning, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh dishes. I especially recommend the desserts – the lemon pudding melted in my mouth. The Dahongpao tea jelly and black tea drinks were also excellent. Enjoying breakfast while gazing at the Chongyang River and the sprawling Wuyi Mountains along its banks was truly invigorating! The dining environment was perfectly suitable. The public areas also showed great attention to detail, with plenty of spots to rest or simply relax, offering beautiful scenery both indoors and out. Although the tea room requires a reservation, there was always an available tea room. The environment is lovely, with various styles to choose from. You can take photos or simply unwind right at the hotel, no need to look for another place.

True to its international brand, everything from the environment and facilities to the service is top-notch! Compared to a downtown location, this hotel offers a fantastic tranquil, rural setting. At night, the sounds of insects are a soothing lullaby. The property is extensive, and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again on my next visit.

Five-star rating for the front desk and lobby staff – they were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location and surroundings are also great. However, the pool opening hours are too late. My kids were really looking forward to the pool, but it doesn't open until 3 PM, so we completely missed out. Also, the breakfast area was stifling hot; it's just not right to not have air conditioning on in this weather.
