SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

AAnonymous UserDig into Trip.com Treasure B&B, brought this unexpected surprise of Wuyi Mountain tour, the B&B has beautiful scenery and does not lose Jiuquxi. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and the room type is upgraded for free, there are free fruits, tea eggs, health tea, and breakfast is also very rich. The tea in his tea factory was delicious, and he gave us tea before leaving. The homestay is cost-effective, especially if I have a cleanliness, I am very concerned about the hygiene of the corners and corners. I can't fault it. It is very recommended.

The room design is unique, the layout is warm and elegant, the facilities are all available and the quality is excellent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it makes people sleep well all night. The hotel staff is warm and hospitable, the service is thoughtful and intimate, you can feel the warmth of home here, I highly recommend it to everyone, I will choose this homestay next time!

MM516643****This was an exceptionally satisfying stay, a truly outstanding review from someone with over 20 years of travel experience, blending both practical and emotional appreciation. You genuinely can't find a single fault; it's all positives. First, let's talk about the service. It was full butler-style service throughout. Someone contacted me even before I arrived, helping me arrange transport, accommodation guidance, and more. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a spacious and bright family room on the first day. For the following two days, I was upgraded to a king room with a bathtub, floor-to-ceiling windows, and excellent views. Many of their facilities are smart-enabled. But the absolute best part is the six complimentary bottles of water provided daily, along with free amenities like quail eggs boiled in Dahongpao tea, temporary umbrellas, a nine-grid fruit platter, Dahongpao tea, and Osmanthus black tea (which I later bought 400 RMB worth of). The hotel's decor is clean and tidy, with a tea room, a mahjong/card room, and an excellent buffet breakfast. It's only two stops from the Wuyishan South Gate, even walkable, and the bus is free. I genuinely wish I could write a 1000-word review for this place. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to give it a try. I am extremely satisfied, and if I ever go back to Wuyishan, I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again.

11015****My friends and I planned a trip to Wuyi Mountain, and I'd been eyeing this hotel for a while. We booked a package through Trip.com, and right after, a dedicated room butler contacted me. Every butler was incredibly polite and enthusiastic! The shuttle service to and from the rooms was convenient and prompt. The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, and I was surprised by the wide variety of Hanfu costumes available. Plus, the hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning for photos! The photographers were all very professional and passionate. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back! I'll bring my family next time for a vacation and to breathe in Wuyi Mountain's high-oxygen air!

The modern architecture combined with the serene tea rooms created a peaceful and immersive experience that felt both luxurious and authentic. Spending quiet moments in the tea lounges, sipping local brews while enjoying the calming decor, was a true highlight of my stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the breakfast. Every morning, I was greeted with an impressive variety of dishes — both local specialties and more familiar options — all fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a fan of savory or sweet, there’s something for everyone, and the attention to quality was evident in every bite.
But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the support the hotel provided in helping me explore the area. They introduced me to a local guide named Spring, and I am so grateful they did. Spring was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about Wuyi. Thanks to her, I was able to discover hidden gems, learn about the rich cultural heritage of the region, and gain insights I never would have found on my own. Her guidance added so much depth and meaning to my visit.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I will absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine and enriching experience in Wuyi.

CCatttttttHygiene was inconsistent; the bathroom smelled and had noticeable hair. Service was inconsistent; a few staff members were nice, but the short-haired staff member was rude, rushing to leave and trying to impose rules on people. Staying in a guesthouse isn't about being told what to do; they had absolutely no service awareness. They urged me to check out at 11 PM, something I've never encountered in all my hotel stays. Soundproofing was poor; there was construction noise nearby early in the morning and during the day, and the neighbors next door would jump rope in their building until 10 PM. Of all the guesthouses I stayed at in Wuyishan, I gave 5 stars except for this one—it ruined my experience.

The front desk lady was very warm, attentive, and helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room for free. The room was very spacious, clean, and odorless, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying! I'll definitely choose Baina Hotel again if I come back to Wuyishan.

2230981****The most outstanding feature of Wuyi Mountain Villa is its excellent location, being incredibly close to the Wuyi Palace sightseeing bus station, making it very convenient to visit all attractions in Wuyishan. The hotel is a garden-style property with a pleasant and scenic environment. However, the interior facilities are only at a three-star level. Additionally, because the leisure area is open-plan and directly adjacent to guest rooms, some ill-mannered guests would play cards and make noise late into the night. Even after a tiring day of hiking, I couldn't get to sleep due to the noise, which shows how loud it was. No staff members came out to remind or stop them, which is something that needs improvement.

MM514914****Great, met my expectations. It was clean and tidy, and the reception was very welcoming. They even gave us a map of the scenic area, which was a thoughtful touch. What my child loved most, and what was perfect for them, was the Xiaodu smart robot. It could answer questions and even play videos, clearing up a lot of knowledge gaps for them. You could say it's a hardcore popular science little expert!
