The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby has a refined ambiance, and the staff are warm, attentive, and efficient with check-ins, even taking the time to introduce the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern, minimalist decor that still felt cozy. It was spotlessly clean. The bedding was a standout – perfectly soft, and the pillows offered great support, which is rare for someone like me who usually struggles to sleep in new places. I actually slept through the night! The soundproofing was also excellent; despite facing a main road, it was completely silent once the window was closed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure. The toiletries were also of good quality.

I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

It's been a while since I last stayed at Atour, and true to form, all the room facilities are well-designed and convenient, making for a very comfortable stay. I specifically chose a location near Taikang Road because there are so many food options around. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, with delicious food just a short walk away. The front desk service was excellent. The only minor issue was with the made-to-order breakfast station. I asked for a soft-boiled fried egg, but they directed me to the already cooked ones on the buffet. I clarified that I wanted a runny yolk, but they still refused. Since I had to catch a train, I didn't push it further. However, this request isn't unreasonable for a hotel and really lowered my overall experience.

Choosing the Imperial View Holiday Hotel for my Xiapu trip was a fantastic decision, full marks for the overall experience! 📍 The location is absolutely prime, right on Taikang Road, the heart of the county. There are numerous seafood restaurants just downstairs, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. Getting to various attractions and the train station is also incredibly convenient. 🛏 The rooms are spotless and bright, with ample space. The bathroom has stable water pressure, ensuring a very comfortable stay. 🙋 The service is thoughtful and attentive. The staff are mild-mannered and respond promptly to requests. Considering the location, cleanliness, and amenities, this is an excellent hotel choice in Xiapu county. It’s my top pick for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xiapu!

The gym is small but well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied, the tea eggs are well received, and the package is fresh. The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to drive to various attractions in Xiapu. I forgot to take things after checking out and contacted me in time. 先説一下酒店好的地方，很新，房間也很大，很乾凈，熱水出的非常快，位置就在沙灘口那邊，下樓玩很方便，特別是前台小姐姐，一個微信一個電話，都回復的特別快，有要解決的問題，立馬上樓來處理，這點真的要好好誇一下。再説一下不滿意的地方，打掃衞生的阿姨真的要好好培訓一下了，我的隱形眼鏡盒子就直接當垃圾給扔了，導致我的隱形眼鏡沒地方放也衹好扔了，這點真的蠻生氣的。牙刷牙膏用完沒及時補，浴巾也沒及時補，護髮素也是見底了沒補，我覺得這點是一個酒店最基礎的服務工作吧，幸好前台小姐姐都送上來了，還有酒店的梳子非常難用，長髮的姐妹們一定要自帶梳子😂除了阿姨和梳子的問題，其他都很好

We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for our family trip . The hotel is very new and the stay was okay. Although we were given Free breakfast vouchers on the 2nd night but Honestly the laundry system was not good. No laundry plastic or basket in the room. The queuing system was messy. The overall cleaning wasn’t pleasant, all the corners can see dusty and cigarette ash. Maybe this is country side ‘s hotel . I strongly recommend the cleaning service should be upgraded

I have to give this hotel a lot of praise! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the hotel's attentiveness. The front desk reception was so warm. It happened to be raining and cold when I arrived in Ningde, but they poured me a cup of hot water and helped me carry my luggage to the room. I have to give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing was that the bed and quilt were new, soft, and super comfortable. I hadn't been able to rest on the road, and finally got a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling to decide what to eat, I found that the takeout shop was very close to the hotel, just across the street from the Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days, and there were many taro cakes. For a taro-brained person like me, it was very satisfying. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is very close to Taimushan Bus Station, just a short walk away. It only costs about ten yuan to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. (I had to take the early high-speed train in the morning, so I specifically booked a hotel in the town. After a long time of selection, Liansheng was a very cost-effective choice). The room is large, with standard equipment and spacious bathroom facilities. The towels were very thick, and the shower water volume was not large. Maybe a group of guests had just checked in, which affected the water volume, but the water temperature was high and it didn't seem to be affected. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but I was prepared and did not ask the front desk. The bathroom is equipped with a retractable mirror for makeup and a rattan basket for used towels (usually only available in four-star hotels), which surprised me. The front desk staff are very friendly. The attitude of domestic service industry staff has changed a lot. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the past six months. The attitude of the service staff (whether front desk or cleaning and maintenance staff) is very friendly. It is different from what it was 20 or 30 years ago. Not quite the same. This is very worthy of recognition.
