Anonymous UserThis was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Spain. The room size was quite generous, especially for European standards, and the interior was spotless and well-maintained. Its location right on the edge of the old town was perfect, and for those driving, there's a dedicated underground parking garage right next door. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown as it was very Western-focused with no hot food options, just pastries, bread, yogurt, and fruit bowls, which was a shame.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located directly across from the El Corte Inglés department store in Granada, with the airport bus stop right nearby, making airport transfers very easy. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are new, brightly colored, and very clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they get excellent light. There's also a pool and a bar on the rooftop.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's just a 5-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. There's a Carrefour supermarket right across the street, which was handy for picking up some supplies. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. It's about a 40-minute walk to the Alhambra, which is perfect for enjoying the street views and grabbing a coffee along the way.

The location of the hotel was so good. It was very convenient to walk. The rooms were assigned to Room 402, but 1.2 went up to the third floor by a separate elevator located in the innermost lobby and went back to the first floor by steep stairs. I had to go up ㅠㅠ I couldn't communicate smoothly with the lobby staff, so I was a carrier in the lobby and went down half the floor and didn't get upset.. It's only ten steps in the lobby, but please tell me directly. ㅠㅠ I think the guide was insufficient. And it was too cold during my two nights stay.. The temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor kept the water on the windows, and the laughter air was so cold that I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was too cold, so when I went to the bathroom at dawn, I trembled. On the other hand, the water pressure was strong, so the hot water came out well. It wasn't an Alhambra view, but the courtyard outside the room? I went out to the terrace smoking area for a while and could see the cathedral view.

Guest UserThe hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes.
The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city.
My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

Oguz Han TuranThe room has enough space for couple and a child.
Cleanliness is good. The location is good. we walked to science museum and also city center. There was no noise even for weekend. Breakfast was the best. There were lots of different things and the best thing is having a mini fridge for juices and waters. There were 3 coffee machines.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

SomeonelikeskittyFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
