Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the famous Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, which is very convenient for visitors planning to explore the tombs. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and along the way, you can experience the local street scene. Overall, the attractions are concentrated, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy exploring on foot.
The check-in experience was good. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, providing good relief from travel fatigue and ensuring a decent quality of rest.
The only minor drawback is the limited dining options near the hotel. For dinner or to find a variety of local cuisine, you might need to walk a bit further, or consider planning your meals in advance while exploring during the day.
Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation, especially suitable for travelers whose main purpose is to visit the necropolis and surrounding historical sites. If convenience for dining isn't a high priority, it's an excellent place to stay.

AlexaWakeWe stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site.
The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions.
A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand.
The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully.
Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily.
Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place.

YlgwyulanggongwuI arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center.
On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor!
There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant!
We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus.
Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower.
There were only two pillows; four would have been better.
Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy.
There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway.
The beds are comfortable.

This hotel had wonderful staff service.
The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other.
When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member.
Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free.
In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax.
I would like to return to Samarkand.
When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

The room was spacious and in good condition. The bed and lighting were excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, meeting all our needs! There's a huge supermarket just steps away, with everything you need.
The only downside is that it's 3 kilometers from the main tourist attractions, but taxis are cheap, so it's not inconvenient at all.

Everything was great. The only inconvenience was with taxis due to poor navigation around the property – not all drivers could get directly to the entrance. More directional signs are needed. The beer restaurant was good.
