I recently stayed at Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton, and it was an absolutely 5-star experience from start to finish. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!
Location: The hotel is ideally located in District 1, making it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City’s best attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat—a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.
Rooms & Amenities: My room was beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that felt both stylish and comfortable. The attention to detail in the décor, from the high-quality linens to the smart layout, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. I especially loved the spacious bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and the ultra-comfortable bed.
Service: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on!
Overall Experience: This hotel is a hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh City! Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or on a business trip, Signature by M Village Le Thanh Ton offers a stylish, comfortable, and premium stay at great value. Excellent Hotel, great service, amenities and wonderful breakfast buffet spread. Location was OK, easily accessible to the central of Saigon. Food options, shopping options available nearby and walking distance to the vibrant Bui Vien Walking Street. This was my second stay after 6 years and did not disappoint.

The overall interior design of the hotel is quite unique and trendy—I was drawn in by this modern style, which led me to book a stay here.
Right after we got out of the car, hotel staff came over to carry our luggage up to the lobby (which requires climbing a full flight of stairs). Check-in didn’t involve waiting at the front desk; instead, we were invited to relax in the lounge with welcome snacks and tea, while a staff member came to confirm our booking details and personally escorted us to our room.
The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and tidy. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and we could request more bottled water at no extra charge. The bed was comfortably firm, and there was a cozy lounge sofa by the window. The toilet and shower were in separate areas, and the bathroom featured a massage bathtub.
From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, afternoon tea was served buffet-style at the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor, offering light snacks, fruits, and beverages. The restaurant’s design was even more eye-catching—it felt like stepping into a futuristic space capsule. Everything had been going wonderfully… until 8 AM the next morning, when I was jolted awake by loud banging from above.
My room was on the 10th floor, directly below the gym. I started hearing heavy objects hitting the floor and people running—it felt like there was construction going on upstairs. The vibration and impact noises were mentally draining.
Even when we first entered the room, I noticed the soundproofing wasn’t great—noises from the hallway were very loud. But since hallway traffic was minimal and neighboring rooms were quiet, I thought it would be fine. However, the level of impact noise from upstairs was simply intolerable. If you’re going to place noisy facilities above guest rooms, shouldn’t proper soundproofing be in place? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to have experienced this issue. Shouldn’t rooms with unresolved noise problems be removed from sale until they’re fixed? For a room that costs 3.6 million VND per night, dealing with this level of noise is just unacceptable.
We reported it to the front desk, and they said we could change rooms—but only after a new one was cleaned and ready, around 2 PM. They told us to pack our bags and leave them in the room; they would help move them to the new room for us.
At 2 PM, we were finally moved to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, maybe due to the rushed cleaning, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and when we turned on the massage jets in the tub, dirty water came out. At that point, I didn’t even feel like complaining anymore. Also, being on a lower floor meant we could hear more traffic noise from the street outside—it was still better than the thumping from above, but nonetheless, it was noisy.
The hotel did give us a handwritten apology card and some chocolates. But I noticed other guests received the same, so it seemed more like a standard welcome gift rather than a sincere apology.
When we checked out, perhaps to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free ride to the airport. The car was quite old and looked like it might break down at any moment, but we made it there safely, and I appreciated saving some transportation costs.
Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Step out the back door and you’ll find many fruit vendors, and right around the corner is a jewelry shop that’s highly recommended for currency exchange. Across the street is Ben Thanh Market and the metro station entrance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were decent. However, the poor soundproofing and average facilities were disappointing. To access the pool, you have to walk through the restaurant, and the pool itself is tiny—not exactly inviting. The steam room and sauna also seemed unused. For this price, there are probably better options available.

Good location, located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. This is a new hotel, so the equipment is brand new. It is a new landmark of Ho Chi Minh.
However, the training of service staff needs to be strengthened. I am a high-level member of Hilton, but the service staff did not take the initiative to ask me if I have a membership card at the beginning, which almost caused me to lose my rights.

The hotel is not in the very touristy part of Ho Chi Minh City but I usually took Grab so it is not a problem. The room is clean and the staff is nice too.
You can contact the staff via WhatsApp and they response fast. Since it is a short stay, I didn’t enjoy other facilities here.

Great service and friendly staff. At the time of booking, I wasn’t aware that I had an executive floor room which the check in agent informed me includes breakfast and access to the lounge. That was a pleasant surprise as the breakfast was quite extensive with great coffees made to order from the coffee cart.
The hotel is centrally located and as I like walking, I was able to reach the Norte Dane, mall and opera house on foot in fact, I walked to the bitexco tower as well. Going the other direction, I walked to the zoo and next door museum too.
The room amenities were great with tea, water and coffee. Spa toiletries included body lotion.
I believe a highlands coffee shop is being renovated on the lobby floor and there is a restaurant and bar.
Overall I thought this was a great choice at this price point and would recommend.

I stayed about 7 nights for a business trip. The room is modern, sufficient amenities and fussfree. I liked that shampoo and body soap was separately provided.
My colleague and I were raving about the amazing hairdryer which dried hair in less than 5 minutes. Overall I'm happy with the room. The slippers were a nice touch.
What was great for business travellers is the ironing board and laundromat room. However, on the last night I ran into multiple issues with the washer system which wasn't working. It was annoying to have the room key card not working for room access. Staff was helpful in resolving these 2 immediately.
Breakfast variety was great and of decent standard, however staff were not that flexible in allowing breakfast food to be packed to-go. Conflicting information from different staff. Would appreciate allowing hotel guests to take-away some small boxes of breakfast items as we are usually rushing for meetings early in the morning. Have to say the music playlist at the bar is great. Generally happy with the stay and service.

Great
NNomadic legendFirst of all this hotel is very strict about 2 pm checkin . so kindly plan you arrival accordingly i slept in lobby sofa for 5-6 hours since i was badly tired after a long journey. This is not the case with other hotel since i had many friends in ho chi min at that time in other hotels like rex, renaissance etc. This hotel was suggested by ASEAN ceramic exhibitors i Dont know why. May be because of its historical significance. Rooms Lobby carpets have that mild stinking smell. Rooms are very basic nothing special for the type of money charged. Gym was basic. For some reason mostly old age westerners come and stay here. Western Breakfast is the best thing this hotel offer.
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel are professional, respectful and provide good customer service. Kin, Vi and Han cooked the food deliciously and were wiling to cook foods that I asked for. Housekeepers Cindy, Hien and Tran provided good services, e.g.,cleaned the room good and changed the sheets and sent my clothes to the dry cleaner and the laundry and picked them up the same day. Robin, Keisha, Louis, Anthony and Han have good customer service skills, e.g., provided information about how to get to a barber shop and scheduled me with a tour company to go a trip to the Mekong Delta. A trip which I went on and enjoyed.
Bell men Tony, An and Cris opened the door and helped to carry my luggage.
I like the new interior design of the place. The afternoon tea was very nice. Music was played in the background of the restaurant during the afternoon. I saw a traditional Vietnamese musical performance and it was great. They added a small gym. The gym has a treadmill, an elliptical machine and weights. I had an excellent workout there.

Very Good
RRalph MxExcellent attention and service from all the staff, especially the person at the reception when I checked in. The hotel is well maintained, except for the shower, which could use some cleaning and disinfection, and the sidewalk outside the hotel, which was destroyed. The amenities are limited and not of the quality expected in a hotel of this level. The breakfast is varied and has an impressive coffee station. Several buildings around the hotel are under construction, so there is some noise and dust. But there are also excellent restaurants on nearby streets.

Wwalaiporn bualuangGood location, room very clean, room decoration very nice, i love it. and provided fruits, when i get in i very enjoyed.
but i didn't try the breakfast as i woke up late, so pity if have chance next time i must try it.
and receptionist was very friendly too.
HHann Lin, TanM Studio Hotel is strategically located within District 1, within walking distance to most of the area. All the hotel staff (be it Receptionist, Bellboy, Housekeeping, Waiters, etc) encountered are polite and professional. Room is clean and well maint. Well and wide spread of Breakfast buffet and I was looking forward to it every morning! They do serve nice Vietnam coffee there.
Read about the noise from the pubs nearby and I was prepared for it. However, I wasn't expecting the fact that I could hear the conversation from my next door. Not too sure if the walls are all made of partitions without any sound proofing done, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider your selection.
AAnonymous Userne of my favourite hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service provided by all the staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The hotel itself is very conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you’re heading to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, or just strolling around the city center, everything is easily accessible without the need for a taxi or Grab.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—it offered a good variety of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious.
What stood out the most to me was the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. It made a big difference and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again in the future.
KKevinChewKWThe place was listed in hotel booking but it turned out to be A B&B. The condo is poorly furnished with old mattresses and furniture. The place is not clean at all.
AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the place has an amazing location and the rooms were clean and lovely. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
However it's not without faults. The airconditioning in the room takes very long to cool. The maintenance guys came over to check but the issue persisted. Decided not to switch room as I was already halfway into my trip.
Also, there's a hidden fee of 700k VND if you have visitors to your room past 10pm, regardless of whether or not your room was equipped for more. I booked the deluxe room so everything already came in pairs and I was using two sets everyday. However when my friend came over for the night I was charged extra even though I did not request for extra amenities nor breakfast. It feels like such a low ball policy to squeeze some extra cash out of you. First time I ever encountered such a situation. Usually you only get charged more if you request for an extra set of toiletries or breakfast ticket. This interaction left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Very Good
RRamir M.Saigon Prince Hotel’s location is the best! The hotel is right infront of Saigon Square and is very close in proximity to the Cafe Apartment. Although, it can be a bit noisy, especially if your room is located facing Saigon Square, due to events that may happen in the Saigon Square, the program usually ends at 10 in the evening which is acceptable for me and my family.
EElma fernandezNice hotel convenient location close to airport, nice and so many choices of complimentary buffet breakfast we love to comeback stay this place again quite location
