This hotel is a scam, they promise to refund us money when we return the key card, but petty hotel didn’t want to refund us our check in fee

Awesome location and very clean. Well recommended hotel.
This hotel was truly amazing! I got the honeymoon room and can’t believe it! Huge soft round bed. Enormous bathroom with huge shower and claw foot tub. Also a great desk area to work. Service was amazing! They didn’t speak English which is fine cause she immediately asked for my WeChat and we could talk this way using the translator. Anything I needed such as ice to the room I just sent a message and it arrived. It was better than so many 5-star hotels I have stayed in! If I am ever in Haikou again I won’t hesitate to return. Great value!
