The attention detail was wonderful. They took great care of us. Drove us to and from skiing and other locations. Wonderful staff. Gorgeous room and main building.

Excellent service and location. Special thank you for Mickey and all the staff for all their help. Restaurant recommendations were perfect, car service to and from slopes quick and efficient. Would come back and stay with pleasure

The room looks more stylish, but the bathroom is small and smelly... The design of the suite is also strange. We stayed at this hotel in early March for 5 nights and I have to say it was of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by staff that actually seem to enjoy helping guests. Nothing was too hard for them to help you with. Transport was available to the nearby snowfields or restaurants at any time requested which was a great convenience as it was sometimes hard to walk in the slippery snow. The room was clean and well appointed. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants great customer service and a very welcoming place to stay.

This was a lovely traditional hotel, well located for skiing. We were transferred and collected to the slopes every day which were only about 10 mins away. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. They would have our ski boots ready for us when we left the hotel and would book our taxis and recommend restaurants for the evening meals. The room was spacious with a living room as well as a bedroom. We had a nice view of snowy trees.
