I booked non smoking room and got room that smelled so bad. After 3 nights all my stuff smelled like that. Terrible.

liked the budget price, the front desk person was just ok. He neithered smiled or made me feel welcomed. Being shielded by glass made me feel uncomfortable.

room supposed to be non smoking but when entered it smells of cigarette asked front desk to change rooms but got denied, he just sprayed it with odor neutralizer

The room rates were great.and the room itself wasn't that bad considering the rate. Service compared to others wasn't that great but for the price it was OK.

Staff was behind behind bullet proof glass during checkin. A section of the Door jam of my room was replaced assumed from when it was kicked in. There was a caulk patch in the wall about the size of a bullet. I would never think about staying here again and there is a no refund policy that is why you don’t pay on the website you pay when you check in. Unfortunately not a lot of options in this area.

The bed's were terrible you couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time you would have to set up because you were in such pain from the wore out mattress and completely over priced!!!!!

The room was clean but needed upgrading. The towels and washcloths were thin. There were no hand towels, After using the bathroom, you have to go out to the sink, wash your hands and then go back into the toilet/shower area to dry them. The outside needs painting as well well as the inside. Will not stay again.

I stay here a couple times a year when I'm in town visiting family. It's no-frills and a little dated, but its clean (the most important thing to me) and its reasonably priced. The staff are nice as well. Never had a problem staying here.
