房間裝修的不錯，空間很大，有電梯，在四樓，樓下是炒茶葉的，很香，周邊環境好，前面是小河，我們搞了一些小魚，後面是茶山。距離靈山幻境景區也不遠。

房間非常寬敞舒適温馨，老闆給升級了，早上有鳥鳴，房前有條小河，夏天很多人帶着孩子來游泳，院子很寬敞，乾淨，非常好找，不遠處就是茶園，非常美麗。

下單時説茶香套房送茶葉，結果是不送的😟，桌面上放了一套無法使用的茶具，明確標註了賠償價格，有點意思🤔️。

設施：
沒有提前開空調，進去冷死，訂的套房，衹有一個空調出風口，大冬天的30℃取暖空調需要開好久才會暖，睡的第一晚一整個冷死！
花灑出熱水還算快，洗臉池的熱水一直沒有，大冬天的全是冷水，搞到最後2個早上都是蹲在淋浴房門口拿花灑洗臉刷牙，這麼多年住酒店民宿，還真是第一次遇到！
訂的套房房間配了全套茶桌茶具，包括茶渣桶都有配好，沒有礦泉水，打電話問服務人員，説沒有礦泉水，第一天住，跟朋友3個人分一瓶礦泉水喝，第二天直接怒叫幾大瓶礦泉水外賣，我真是服了！
我車停在民宿院子裏面，入住第二天一大早7點多，打電話要我挪車，説要搬茶什麼的，小吊車進不來，好不容易一個週末，一大清早冷的要死爬起來挪車！
衞生：
茶山裡的民宿有小蟲子也是正常現象，你説你們沒提供礦泉水，打開熱水壺裡面有小半壺水是什麼意思？什麼時候的？上一位客人住的時候煮的水沒倒嗎？沒人打掃房間嗎？
打開茶杯杯底都是茶漬是什麼意思，還有一個杯子看上去有些黴點了都！
服務我就不説了，除了第一天入住辦手續，基本沒見到過人！
咱就是説，也不是第一次住了，之前來住還沒這個樣子，價格也不比條件好的酒店便宜，不想開這個民宿可以不開，沒必要開了來擺爛，白瞎了你們周邊的好山好水了！大家都避雷吧！
