Location is far from everywhere. Nearby don’t have much eateries that are within walking distance and breakfast is simple Chinese dishes, eat the same thing for three days are boring.
Coffee like water.
Only good is the staff that are attentive and helpful

Firstly when me allotted the rooms were very smelly and not ventilated, then we complained at reception, the reception lady was very helpful and gave us very good and ventilated. There service was extremely good 👌👌👌

Best hotel in China I've ever been too. Excellent location: near the subway station, a lot of malls, cafes, restaurants.
The hotel was clean, warm and cozy.
The staff helped me to order some food and load my luggage into the taxi.

Excellent hotel with fantastic service and amenities. Washing machine and dryer available, strong WiFi in rooms, and Chinese tea + water in room.
Front desk staff were polite and extremely helpful in helping me with various random issues (e.g. providing me w china mobile number for food delivery, accomodating to room extension without hassle, replacing room card when I misplaced mine almost immediately after check in)
Location is about 20min walk from the nearest attraction (Westlake and/or Wulin night market). Also, kinda cool that it's directly opposite a TCM hospital.

Very good place to stay closer to Wullinmen station. All staff was helpful and very good. Food was not for out taste so, we didn’t enjoy. We are vegetarian.

Location was good . Close to the subway . 1 km walk to West Lake . Breakfast did not have enough variety and the salad looked old and not fresh . The coffee was like water . The room was great .
