The hotel rooms is clean and spacious. The room we check-in on the first night was on the 4th floor, we saw a guest was smoking in the corridor, and the room was later filled with smoke smell after night, cause some of the neighbour rooms was smoking and the smell penetrate through the fan ducting. We complained to the reception on the next morning, they were so nice to change us to the 8th floor with lower occupancy cause they can't control the guests smoke in the room even the rooms are non smoking rooms.

新裝修的酒店，整體橘色系有桔子酒店的特色。房間的風格現代，智能細節設定也不錯，尤其床頭的燈光亮度0-25-50-100的選擇按鍵設計，很人性化，避免了自己調節燈光的繁瑣。馬桶也有夜間照明功能。酒店內有停車場也比較方便。如果服務態度更多熱情和微笑，顧客有需要時提供延時退房服務，就更好了。

衞生：衞生真的很乾凈，超愛的
環境：我們是第二天出發去上海，所以預訂了一家相對來説離上海比較近一點的酒店，因為我們是自駕，也不覺得位置很偏僻，但是離西湖確實不近
服務：服務超級棒，超級超級棒！我們辦理入住的時候很晚了，兩個前台小姐姐都很有耐心，第二天忘記了東西，雖然立馬回去了，但是經理仍舊先確定入住人訊息後再帶領我回去取物，這樣讓我很有安全感。
照片拍的有點少，早餐的牛肉麪和灌湯包都很好吃，贊贊贊！説實話我本身對桔子不報有什麼期望的，但是這家真的超出了我的期望，物超所值。下次來還會選擇住這裏的！

地理位置很好，去哪裡都挺近的，打車去坐地鐵也不會人擠人。房間安全性很高，設施也很齊全，橘子軟糖很好吃，新裝修所以設施也很智能，這三天居住體驗很好，下次再來杭州玩應該還會考慮這家
