This time, I came to Hangzhou with my husband for our first wedding anniversary trip, and while looking for accommodation, I found this hotel~ There were no reviews by Koreans here, but after seeing other foreign reviews and photos, I was half-hearted and half-assed, but the reviews were consistent and the photos were exactly the same as the ones posted, so it was great. Usually, when I experience other hotel reviews directly, there is a big difference, so it is always uncomfortable, If there are any Koreans who want to have a good time in Hangzhou, I definitely recommend you!! Please pretend to be fooled and spend some time at this hotel. For those who find it difficult to read because the text is long, I will tell you what I felt and the service by rating each item with stars~ Hotel service★★★★★: I received information about the hotel service and location through hotelier crayton. If there was anything inconvenient, I could ask questions through WeChat and they would respond right away when they had time, which was really convenient. When you enter the room, there are welcome fruits and instructions, and you can enjoy the view from inside!! Also, because they were meticulous in telling me that they would change the emergency bedding and pillow if they didn't fit my body, I didn't feel uncomfortable during the whole hotel stay. I was able to have a good time with the friendly Korean greetings and farewells during the last part of the hotel stay. Thank you crayton!!! Hotel breakfast★★★★★: The hotel breakfast was not a buffet but a Korean meal. There were 5 types, 3 Hangzhou-style and 2 western-style, and I chose wontons and fried noodles, which I was very satisfied with. I usually don't eat spicy food, but I ate this without any inconvenience❤ Before the meal, I could get a simple coffee or soy sauce, and during or after the meal, I could enjoy the meal while using the semi-buffet with fruits and desserts placed in front of me. Hotel hygiene★★★★★: Even if the food and view are good, I think the first thing you think about is hygiene, and it goes without saying. If you come to Hangzhou, I highly recommend this hotel!!! I will 1000% visit Hangzhou again next time.
