This hotel has a great location - making it feel you are in a nature park. I lived the rooms with the wide opening windows. Makes you feel like you are sleeping with in nature. Seriously a great place if you visit Hangzhou.

Situated in a very quiet enclave. Room is spacious enough. There are numerous books for reading as well.

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

The room is spacious and bright, located in Xixi Wetland, with a good environment.
Two points need to be improved.
1. There are no drinks in the cold drink bar, which is a bit disappointing after running.
2. The cleaning is careless during the stay, and the clothes are thrown on the bed casually, and the used hand towels are left in the corner of the room.

Booked a two-bedroom suite and took my parents to visit Xixi National Wetland Park. We traveled for two days and one night on the 5th and 6th to avoid peak hours. On the 6th, it was noticeably less crowded. The hotel is convenient to access and surrounded by greenery. The hotel room is large, especially the big bed. The facilities in the room are smart. The hotel front desk staff, Xiao Q and Xiao V, provide enthusiastic service, and robots provide service for us... A relaxing and pleasant short trip
