I didn't ask for any service
Facilities - very average
I went for breakfast in the morning but it was Chinese breakfast and very few continental so I finally didn't have breakfast during my 2 day stay.
The water pressure in the bathroom is not good.

Very good, very convenient location, I have stayed here many times. The subway entrance is right outside, and there is a lot of parking space if you take a taxi. There is a shopping mall opposite, and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, the hotel is very good, satisfied

The room is quite clean. There is a shopping mall opposite and a subway entrance next to it. It is not far from West Lake. It would be better if the underground parking garage can charge the car. Overall it is OK
