hotel is acceptable. amenities are well provided, just need to collect daily from counter . I like to stay at hanting bcoz it has 4 free bottles of water and laundry is very good

I like this hotel very nice clean and the staff very kind.. we can use laundry machine for free.. we not expect that what i need on our situation.. location it’s good near bus but a little bit walk to MRT.. but u can use bus to MRT station if tired.. Recommended this hotelll.. love so muchhhhh 😍😍

I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests. I hope that this hotel will develop bigger with staff like this and for this staff, I hope that he and his family abundant success and health. Sorry, I can't read chinese name so I put his picture

Room is good but there’s no refrigerator. Location is a bit far from xihu and intai.

The hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Chaowang Road subway station and a two- to three-minute walk from Hushu South Road bus stop. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to stay in. It is cleaned every day. It is considered a particularly cost-effective Hanting Hotel in Hangzhou.

The staff provided great service, thank you for working overtime on New Year's Eve! The location and transportation are very convenient, we went to many places.

The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the location is excellent. There are convenience stores, supermarkets and snack bars nearby. It's quiet when sleeping, and you can check out later (7 to 10 o'clock) if you buy breakfast. Overall not bad!

The room was very clean. The front desk lady was very nice and gave me mineral water when I left. What satisfied me most about the room was the strong water pressure in the shower. The shower was very comfortable. The surrounding environment was also convenient. There were fruits and snacks. I will stay here again next time.

Other things are ok, but the bathroom facilities are too bad. The shower room looks like the equipment from 20 years ago. Are the shower head and faucet serious? They are from 20 years ago.

The reception service is very good and will explain the various functional areas. The room is clean and bright, all facilities can be used smoothly, and the TV can be projected and the screen is large, which looks great. There is a view of the river outside the window. It is very quiet. Even if you don't close the window, it won't feel noisy. The quilt and pillow don't have any peculiar smell, so I sleep very peacefully. It's very convenient to go to various attractions and eat. It's great that there is a late-night snack shop downstairs.
