We are happy that they upgraded us for a bigger room is a beautiful room, but we were disappointed as the toilet sink didn't flow well. The bedside long sofa was not clean, and WiFi at Bed area was no connection. Is a good location.

Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Breakfast was also good. The hotel staff and the manager on duty were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel when we return to Hanoi.

Hotel was great! Clean, staff was friendly and the hotel was in the center of the old quarter of Hanoi! Perfect! Photo is made on independence day, 80 year!

Right smack in the middle of shopping area, cafés and near the lake. Rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the croissants! The service is excellent, and the staff assigned in the front desk can speak english and very helpful in giving information about anything you want to know.

The staff was very nice, the lobby was beautiful and this was in a great location. But my room was grubby with some walls not painted and dirty walls.. I didn't want to spend much time in there. For the money, you can find a better hotel.

The room is small and there is not enough air for two people. The twin beds are placed together and there is no gap between the two beds. We booked a deluxe twin room and a superior twin room, but the deluxe twin room only had A bed. What's even more annoying is that when we checked out, the front desk staff (male) said that we would be fined 1,000 US dollars for smoking in the room. After our Vietnamese friend helped communicate, he said it would be 600 RMB. The front desk staff also said that if we don't pay We had to call the police, and in the end we were fined 300 RMB. I hope my review can help friends who need to book.
