Era Apartment Kim Ma

It couldn't be worse. I've never rented a home as bad as this. Booked in one place and got another place because the place I booked had no water, told me to move to a new place saying it had a projector but it didn't. My room on the 2nd floor was extremely noisy, at night the sound of billiards in the alley next door was loud. At 4-5am in the morning there was a sound like a motorbike dragging an iron bar scraping the road, louder than holding a speaker to my ear. Around 7-8am the sound of people talking in the alley could be heard in my room because my room's window faced the alley, even closing it didn't work. If the white blanket was dirty and couldn't be washed off, it would be a brown stain, so everyone should change it instead of letting guests use it and it would be terrifying. The facilities are very poor, the dryer had to be borrowed and wasn't available, if you've decided to open a homestay, you should equip it. The shared washing machine was extremely crowded because my place was pushed to many long-term tenants, so after 3 days and 2 nights there, I couldn't wash my clothes and had to bring them back to Hai Phong to wash. The toilet keeps spitting water out onto the floor, so I have to flush and clean the toilet every now and then. As for wifi, I lose it as soon as I enter the toilet and can't use 5g even though the room is only 30m2. It's worse than bad.

I think the price is good considering how clean it is. It's not very spacious, but I think it's worth the price. I'd like to use it again in the future when I'm spending weekends in Hanoi.

Too bad I wanted to change the check-out date but couldn't so I lost money for a day.

The hotel is conveniently located to places of entertainment in Hanoi. Near the aquarium.
