The location of this hotel is perfect, right beside the train station and equidistance from the old quarter and other tourist sites. The walk to the old quarter is also mostly along pavements which is surprisingly unusual for Hanoi. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we had a few small issues that we informed the staff about and they had everything fixed within the day. We stayed for 10 days in a double room and then shared an apartment with a friend, both were great! The free drinks in the morning were also a lovely little addition. If I come to Hanoi again I will stay again.

An amazing stay! Ha at reception was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. The free daily coffee at the rooftop café was a highlight—especially the salted iced coffee, which is hands down the best in town!

Hotel is very good little inside from road but the hotel staff is very good 24*7 ready to help you best hotel. .

Check in process was fast, staff was nice. Near to Hanoi Train Station (5 mins walking distance)

The hotel staff was very nice and helped us book the night bus from Hanoi to Sapa. The terrace ‘bar/coffee’ is super nice, a great way to start the day!

Nothing much around the hotel, you need to go at least one km away before you can see desent food places. Construction site next to it it's a bit noisy and dusty. The road was hard to walk into the hotel as its narrow ally way and lots motor cycles coming in and out. Not giving us enough towels or not refilling up toilet paper. The shower water was slow and run out of hot water after a few minutes.

Lovely apartment! Wish we could stay longer because the room was so spacious and it had an open kitchen. Some construction going on in the area which makes it inconvenient to travel to and from the apartment.

The hotel is good value for money and the free drink is a thoughtful gesture . The staff was always available to help. My only complaint was the inability to arrive to the complex by taxi ( even though this helps with a quiet sleep ), the not so great light and ventilation of the room and the fact that the shower and toilet are together and the bathroom becomes kinda messy after a shower. Overall a nice experience and good value for money .

The room is so big. And they decorate the hotel nice including their cafe.there is free drinking as well. Mango smoothy is tasty.
