The place is more designed for a longer term stay in Hanoi, a building with apartment studios with kitchen and rooms for an affordable price, and with a decent location to stretch between the airport (25 min taxi).
As such, check-in and check-out procedures were different from standard hotels, but the owner communicated well to accommodate with the procedures. Unfortunately, the lake view was obstructed by an ongoing construction of an unrelated neighboring premise, and they did run construction in the middle of a night. General cleanliness was acceptable to my group, but I did notice a very few spots where improvements can be made. I would be willing to stay again for its affordability and access to the lake and airport.

Overpriced for no reason. Breakfast only till 9:30, never seen it. Luxury room has no bathtub, which is the only difference from premier. The pool is much smaller in reality than in the photos.

Rooms are quite big with big balcony. bed is comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Nice location with nice restaurants nearby. Couple of mins from Old Quater.
On my next trip will definitely book again

The hotel room is impressive, but certain areas, particularly the sheets and sofa, were not clean. The hotel did not change the sheets throughout my four-day stay. The hotel can be quite noisy in the morning due to its location on a busy commuter route. While you can enjoy breakfast with a view, you need to leave the hotel and cross the street to get it. You will be given a remote controller for access to the main gate, allowing you to control entry. The overall experience was unexpected, and communication was challenging as not everyone spoke English. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

I arrived, around 1pm, to take advantage of my gift of an early check in. The reception was unattended & the shutter was closed & locked. Two different signs advertised two different phone numbers to call. One of which is disconnected. Not a great start to my stay. About 15 minutes after calling the receptionist arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was affable & he explained the use of the key for unlocking the shutter if required. The room had a simple, efficient, modern layout & all necessary appliances. However the TV had no reception. The Aircon was erratic. It kept cooling even after the temperature gauge was increased. The room was superficially clean but on closer inspection showed hair & grime in the shower & kitchen. Still for the price paid it was adequate & the WiFi worked well. I enquired about the Halong Bay cruise tour advertised in the hotel foyer where a tour sales desk was located. I was referred to a website & later received a few texts asking for more information which I could have given when I met the salesman face to face. I was told what I wanted wasn't currently available. Suffice to say I opted to go elsewhere & found what I wanted. The following morning there was a different but still affable receptionist. I needed more toilet tissue & soap. He delivered the toilet tissue but apparently needed to check that there wasn't anymore soap left in the container before replacing it. It was quite comical but strange. The receptionist was jovial and obliging in the end. I only stayed the one night. There was nothing majorly bad about the apartment. Just some annoying things. But I can do without annoying.
