Excellent. Very kind. Good value. Pool is a life saver when it is hot. Breakfast was great and worth the extra money for the convenience of having it as an option.

The pictures on the website make this property look nice but you can tell immediately upon arrival that the property is not very clean. Check-in was great and the staff was helpful but our room smelled bad as if people had smoked in the room previously and also the walls were dirty, water-damaged, and had mold on it. The floors were worn and also not very clean. We left the hotel shortly after check-in and went to a different hotel in the Old Quarter for less money but much nicer.

Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices. Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful

Need to climb some steps to the top floor for breakfast, but the breakfast spread and quality is pretty good.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, service exceeded all expectations, the staff really was there to help guests to get the most out of the stay.

A place which is not welcoming. Rude staff and not courteous at all. We were not even offered a glass of water while check in despite of welcome drink in package. No toiletries provided on second day. Nobody at swimming pool to provide water. Restaurant closed for lunch. Overall a very pathetic service

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

This is a good location for walking in the old town. Rooms are basic and affordable I think next time I will pay a little more to get a little more.

Paon hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a good variety, staff were friendly and bent over backwards to help and make our stay memorable. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I think the air conditioner is a bit weak and not cool. The facilities are just mediocre. I was eating breakfast, but the air conditioner turned on too hard, so it was cold.

coming from Japan, Flight delay / Immigration, taste the real hell barely reached. The airport pick-up service is not well communicated, so even if it fails, It is difficult to understand the pronunciation on the wire. When we talked face-to-face, we barely talked box. (Late night time) The location is good. convenient to move. 1. Room air conditioner problem - Very serious: sweating while sleeping. Staff's rude attitude. Rejected when initially asked for a spare key. After that, you have to leave the fan in the room, insert the key, and return to the room temperature to be able to sleep. (I was surprised when I shared a different room than the friend I was with. My room isn't cool, so why is it so hot?) - It says "emergency exit", but I found out that the cleaning person's room: A cool breeze came out through the crack in the open door (I thought it was strange that the emergency exit was cool), and as I approached, I made eye contact with the cleaning person lying down. 2. Stop the elevator - Trapped. momentary chills. 3. The exploding breakfast room - Breakfast is normal to eat, but I couldn't eat it because there were no seats. - You need to get the timing right. (Almost full) - No ice, no drinks. However, it is not cheap compared to other hotels of the same category. However, the Manahan indoor swimming pool has a comparative advantage. The lodging chosen the next day was much better. I just thought it was because I was incompetent. *230718~20 (2 nights)

I enjoyed my stay. Close to the action without being in the crowds. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
