Great stay experience and highly recommended. The hotel has a great location—perfectly close to all tourism spots, sitting right in the middle of two major tourism regions. Love the French style interior design, and the bed and covers are really good.
Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff are great and extremely friendly. Initially I was concerned about road noise since the location’s so good, but it turned out great—thanks to it being in a quiet connecting alley.
Recommend to everyone, especially tourists.

The staff at La Sinfonia Citadel hotel were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly - their service was truly 5 stars and made our stay feel extra special. The location of the hotel was also ideal, nestled in a quiet corner, but a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of Hang Bong street and a short walk from many must see sites: Hanoi train tracks, Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, etc. Finally, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was a favourite of my parents. A big thank you to the exceptional service from the staff at La Sinfonia Citadel hotel!

We had an issue with the air conditioning on our first night, but after we reported it to the hotel the next day, they responded quickly and resolved the problem. They also made improvements to their internal processes to prevent similar issues from happening again, which shows they truly listen to guest feedback. All the staff were very friendly, and the spa experience was excellent—definitely recommend trying it out!

This hotel is very convenient in terms of getting food and to POI. Train street is just a stone throw away. Also the food street which is just next to Train street. The street in front of the hotel also have a few eating places. The reception is welcoming, welcome tea and snacks with cold towel. Also have complimentary cocktail at roof top bar. The room is clean, good air conditioning and strong water pressure. The breakfast place on level 8 is also good. Varieties is not as many as those in 5 stars hotel. But it has delicious pho and many others. The staff from lobby all the way to the rooftop are attentive and smiling. This hotel also provide locker service if you are taking the night train. Also provide free shower facilities for us before going to the train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel in future. Special mention to Viet Nguyen. He recommended us to a local cafe place, it served good coffee and good ground coffee powder to buy home. It’s cheaper than other streets and good quality robusta coffee.
