Both Hanoi Station and the Old Quarter are within walking distance.
The location is on a main street and very easy to find.
The room was quite spacious, modern and clean.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was quite limited in number, but the quality was high and I was very satisfied.
I think this is the first place I would recommend in Hanoi.

Since my flight arrived early in the morning, I chose a place to stay for a short while close to the airport, but I don't really recommend it. It's not that close to the airport, and the accommodations are very small and humid. However, if you plan to stay here and go into the city, there is a train station nearby, so you can enjoy a short train trip in Taiwan.

I actually stayed here for the Puzzle Wine Bar on the rooftop – ooops it’s now permanently closed. No worries. For what this place is, it’s fine. 400ish k per night is a bit on the high side but not egregious. 1) lots of outlets in the room - all of my devices got charged. 2) water pressure on the bum gun is strongggg. I’ll feel squeaky clean for the next week. 3) hair dryer and other amenities (toothbrush, soap, shampoo) are included. 4) two bottles of water per day. 5) an elevator that takes you to your floor. 6) a fan for your room on top of the built in air conditioner. 7) 24 hour reception. No major complaints. 5 stars ⭐️ given the price bracket.
