This accommodation was so wonderful. It was so quiet and clean. Compared to other hotel, Hanoi Central pod is located in inner place, and it offers you comfortable sleep. they of course have shower, community space and welcoming staffs. They will teach you recommendations of food, place everything you want. You can book tours too. I really appreciate it. Xin cam on.

Big room but the hotel is a bit old. Great location. Receptionists are very friendly, took care of our luggage properly, helped us communicate with grab driver and brought us to the grab car location because the road to hotel was closed on that day. However, both my bf and my hair and skin are extremely dry after the shower. Not sure what was wrong with the water.

”The hotel is in the Old Quarter. It's next to Saint Joseph Cathedral. I like this hotel because it is clean. It has an elevator and a 24 - hour front desk service. The staff are friendly. They change your towels every day and clean your room, but they won't touch your stuff.

Good affordable hotel, close to Everything you need close by, so many yummy Vietnam restaurants close by and hotel room was really big room. Ran out of toilet paper and they kindly gave me more.

It was clean, but there were ants somewhere The staff was friendly, but the soundproofing was a bit disappointing The space where the two beds were separated was nice

Location is great, very convenient to go popular places in old quarter Hanoi. Room is better than expected, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 6:30am which is very good time as we go out early for the tour. Food is delicious. (Only the smell in the room bothered me but can be improved with air freshener). We had a 3 night stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city and also near the night market but only for weekend. I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and water added to the comfort. Two highlights was the hotel’s massage spa and also their restaurant. They offer discounts during certain periods, making it a great value for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a truly rejuvenating time. Another great feature is the laundry service. If you drop your laundry off by 9 AM, they’ll have it ready the same day by 7 PM for a reasonable fee—perfect for travelers on the go. The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with both buffet and à la carte options, and it offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always attentive and helpful with any requests. Overall, Minerva Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations.
