The room was very clean, basically there were everything that should be there, cleaning and cleaning were also careful, and the toothbrush would be replaced every day. Downstairs is the Populus bun shop, and the barbecue hot pot next to it is very convenient. The bathroom has conditioner, which gives great praise. Pillows offer two options, soft and hard, and in addition to two bottles of mineral water, drinks in the refrigerator can also be drunk.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

I looked at many hotels. Finally I chose New Paris. The location is really convenient. The sign is big and easy to find. Metro Line 2 is right at the door. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which is very suitable for driving. The service is very thoughtful. There are things like welcome tea. The front desk smiled all the time and answered questions patiently. They also recommended nearby food. It's fun and thoughtful! Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic. The room aunt greets everyone she sees. The overall feeling of moving in is great. The hotel also has a gym. Exercise before going to bed. Sleep very well!! Worth recommending.

this hotel provide free self service laundry, free noodles in the evening. Location near metro about 6mins walk. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The toilet seat is warm during winter days is a surprised. We enjoyed the stay and my children enjoy chatting wth AI, Xiao Xi. Downside is the staffs here are inexperience. It will be perfect is we were given free breakfast for the rate we paid. And I will rate 5 stars then.

mature grand style hotel with a huge lobby and many hotel services, within walking distance from metro and Harbin main station, excellence breakfast , and the breakfast restaurant of palace size. no noise on 18 floor and very warm inside in winter. its not far from the people's square, Stalin park, bridge and cable car across the river, with many shopping centres.

Hotel is centrally and conveniently located. A few mins walk to the subway which connects lines 1 and 2. Nearby restaurants and shopping centre. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Room had a pull-out sofa bed for 3 person stay.

Stayed in this hotel next to Harbin Institute of Technology, it was really great! Convenient to eat and drink around, the room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was good to sleep, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio was super high. I recommend it to everyone!

Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.
