酒店設施不錯，窗簾、燈光都配有智能控制系統，智能馬桶，床墊很舒服，早餐是按份提供的，有中餐西餐兩種選擇，清淡又營養。酒店地理位置不錯，在哈爾濱花鳥市場旁邊，早上非常熱鬧，出門5分鐘就是闖關東廣場和松花江邊，離巴洛克街區、闖關東廣場、中東鐵路橋也很近。

酒店位置特別好，出門過一條馬路就是松花江，早上去有很多江鷗，趕上有人放生魚特別壯觀；晚上渡橋大橋開燈了也很漂亮。離中華巴洛克街也很近，走一會兒就到了。

先説房間本身，宅寂風很乾凈漂亮，房間和網上圖片一樣，天貓精靈控制的全智能電器便捷舒服。外賣選擇很多，半夜點配送也快，整體來説不出門宅在房間裏躺着都很愜意。
熱水出水快，隔音ok，大家都挺有素質，沒有聽到太大動靜。晚上外出吃飯，路過前台讓幫忙收拾房間垃圾，動作超快的，還把房間都整理了一遍，好評。
民宿位於花鳥市場裏面，很熱鬧，生活氣息很強，缺少路面較小，白天出現會稍微堵車。但綜合價格，非常推薦。

設施：智能馬桶，天貓精靈可以控制開燈，調空調温度，收窗簾，很方便。
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：很貼心。早餐可以送到房間，中餐的包子很好吃，西瓜很甜，伴小米粥吃的伴菜很開胃，早餐雖然是家常的東西，但味道很好很新鮮。
環境：有很多設計元素。沐浴露的檸檬香味使人卸下一天的疲憊。

酒店在江邊，晚上去遛彎看江景看釣魚和跳舞的。向南500米是地鐵站和中華巴洛克景區。車停在後院，住了三天沒動車，一是門口是花鳥市場有點亂，二是爾濱的地鐵和打車都很方便，沒必要動車。反而適合一家出遊，孩子很喜歡去看貓狗和鸚鵡。店家大方的，大堂位置很多，備着咖啡，礦泉水。房間亮點很多，裝修風格，大電視，床品，天貓精靈，空調和熱水都好。
