Stayed for a brief overnight with family, decent hotel, nearby to railway station, has a good restaurant as well.

The environment was so bad because there was so much dirt in the room, no attention was paid to cleanliness, the staff there was very rude. Very poor facility in this hotel 1. No floor cleaning everyday 2. No dustbin cleaning every day. 3. Environment very poor because

Clean ness and services are bad, not supported staff and ac & geyser are not proper working. Washroom is not clear and drannge line is not proper working.

Overall experience was ok. But washrooms were too small in one of our room. Hospitality was nice. Recommend you for short stay.

Nothing to say, a horrible experience. Don't stay here. In between 12 hours of our stay, 4 times power cut, but there is no back up. Broken window ac, no lift, toilet and room are not cleaned enough.

There is no lift and one room doesn't have wc. Other than this it's a very good stay. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice food at ground and best locality

The worst hotel in the whole haridwar, survives are too bad and washing is like ridiculous. Don't stay here
