Very friendly staff, always there help to carry luggage, on the lift or any help you needed. Hard to find dustbin in the hotel area, staff are so friendly immediately help us for throwing rubbish

Lee garden Hotel was great stay with my family,I will recommended for those with kids,elderly, or even group of girls are good for this hotel,when ever you step in the hotel building, the hotel staff polite, always standing by for you to enter the lift, real safe,hotel room was clean, water pressure good enough,with hot water, except didn't come with long bath, others all OK,they was safety box in the room, small kettle and fridge, my room was jus only 2 single bed and can see newly renovated,for those if with bigger family I will recommend others room, coz the bed not really big, I'm staying the top 30th floor,coz their lobby was on 10th floor, location perfect for you to go anywhere, all shop are nearby, most of them by walking distance. I will come back for Lee garden Hotel, tq

The hotel staff is friendly but need to more concerned the guests require that minor thing that during rainy season prepare most of umbrellas or raincoats/one time use and also room service is very goods for sure and maybe need to replace rooms key even most fast for lost or ask for check before go off and when need  second room cards also need to respond fast

The hotel is located at a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and even a 7 Eleven very close by. Certain tourist attractions such at the Lee Garden night market and the Kim Yong Market are within walking distances as well. The hotel room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I could get breakfast in the hotel but as said earlier, the moment you’re out of the lobby there are plenty of food both left and right. If you have no prior arrangements made, the receptionist can assist to arrange transportation to destinations such as Songkla.

I’m going to hatyai  for the second time and stay in this hotel for the first time… I am very happy and satisfied, but I don’t like only because they’re not provided bottle mineral water and no  ice box

I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the cozy bedding and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The attention to detail truly made a difference in ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Family Trip by Train from Malaysia to Thailand Hatyai.. Is my 1st me and Family.. This Hotel is Old School Type but Price and Locate is Good to me and my My Mom and Aunty (70 years and above).. Coz nearby Alot of Market and Famous Food stall and Foot Massage.. Going to Lee Garden Night Market by Walk only 10-15min..

Location wise is excellent. Walking distance to lots of good eateries and day and night market in and around Lee Garden area. On the day we arrived, the family room for 3 that was provided was not up to expectation as was advertised. We requested for a change but only available the next day and was a comfortable stay for the next two days. The single rooms was alright. Hotel staffs was accommodative and very helpful and polite and provided good assistance to our needs. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Super clean and ultra comfortable bed. The toilet wall are so pretty and the bathroom is not slippery at all. Amenities provided are enough, except for the thin toilet roll. Both the dustbin is touch-free. Everything is good, maybe the hair dryer can give it a little upgrade and it will be perfectly fine. Few cafes just opposite the hotel. Walking distance to Lee garden and kim Yong market. The famous Jaelek eatery is also just nearby. Perfect and would definitely come back this hotel
