Why do you still sell rooms with breakfast when you obviously don't provide breakfast during the Chinese New Year? I placed an order for a double bed with two breakfasts on the morning of New Year's Eve, and I was told that breakfast was not provided when I arrived at the hotel. Forget it, I was asked to unsubscribe and re-order without breakfast, but the price has increased. I lost dozens of dollars when I re-ordered. I can only choose to refund the price difference, but your price difference is only 20 yuan. Could it be that the double breakfast in your hotel is only 20 yuan. Thinking in another way, can I add 20 to get double breakfast?

You can bring children, the hotel is located in the old town, parking is convenient, and the rooms are spacious.

After I booked online and arrived at the store, the front desk asked me if there are any members who can use the member price. After I inquired, I did have a member. I told the front desk that I had a member, and I can use the member discount for the member price. Which woman at the front desk knows I have a member, but I have to check in without giving me the membership discount for canceling the order online. I am really angry.

差！差！差！床上有頭髮，床頭地面還有之前客人遺留下來避孕套的袋子，服務員服務態度惡劣，推卸責任，電話到前台要求換床單到離店沒有説過一句道歉的話。4百多的房價就這樣的服務，這個品牌不應該這麼差的呀。

房間空氣好衞生不錯

住的是親子豪華套間，很寬敞，方便，衞生好，舒服，好停車！連着住了兩晚，白天到金城江玩了，晚上還回到宜州住。這幾年出差，旅遊都首選維也納。

房間挺好的，幫媽媽長者家定的，長者家很多東西不明白去前台諮詢，前台小姐姐也很熱情解答❤️

服務很满意，本來订普通大床没有窗的，到店后给个豪華大床的!很开心的一次住宿!
