Was a great stay - breakfast, comfy bed, cosy settings. However, soundproof kinda weak - can hear doors opening sound on and off, also noise from the street.

A refined hotel, excellent service from all members of staff. The rooms are elegant and the hotel has many original pieces of art that add to the ambience. The rooftop pool and bar are great places to escape the hustle and bustle of Saigon. Decent breakfast options, international and Vietnamese. The hotel offers excellent value for the quality and I would definitely stay here again. My only minor criticism would be the rather limited gym facilities, otherwise an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the city.

Great hotel with great decor. Staff was very nice and roof top bar was super good place to wind down after long day in the heat. Great hotel and location was very good too. Easy to get around by foot and everything near by we wanted to do.

Love the breakfast as it highlights Vietnamese culture, offering delicacies like Vietnamese coffee, Banh Mi and Pho. Room is big with a great view of Ho Chih Minh City. It is walking distance to the Saigon Central Post Office.

Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.

I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness, the details, commitment to sustainability and comfort. Bed and pillows were super nice. The only thing that can be improved is the ease of check in. I arrived at 4pm and room is still not available and had to wait for about 15-20min. Also not sure why they assume I am MR and didn’t bother to check.

Nice hotel, the room isn’t big but the design is good. Love the rooftop pool, definitely add value to the stay experience. Staffs are kind and overall I would recommend this hotel.
