Customer service was good. Breakfast was simple and enough. It is ok. Bathtub is high, it’s challenging for seniors and patrons with leg issues

The Location is 5 stars. Breakfast is acceptable. The staffs are friendly. I would choose this hotel if I come to Ho Chi Minh again. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel has 2 wings, just to make sure when you hire a taxi which wing to drop off.

Very good location but staff attitudes at the worst level. Receptionist are rude, don’t know how to handle customer. I will never book this hotel again.

Despite being told by the front desk on several occasions to indicate room preference when doing reservation, I was still assigned the old room.

An excellent hotel. Its location makes it incredibly convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is located at the town centre. It is near to the Opera House, about 5 minutes walk. For Muslim travellers, there is a Mosque about 50 meters from the hotel. We booked a family room and we are very satisfied the the room. The breakfast is quite good and the service is excellent. We are very happy with the hotel and will definitely return for our next trip to Saigon.

The banquet manager is very helpful. Don't expect too much from the breakfast.
