Feeling Ryokan home / Nice

It's great here, very quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere is wonderfully warm and cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. A useful tip for those arriving on a Saturday: due to the walking street event, vehicle access is restricted after 4 PM and only resumes at 11 PM.

The room was decent, though it might be a bit cramped for a family. They offer an onsen, but it's a communal bath with separate facilities for men and women. I personally wasn't comfortable using it, as I'm not keen on bathing nude in a shared hot spring.

The hotel was very nice with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The spa and sauna were nice as well. Good location. I paid for breakfast and it was good.

Perfect stay for a soak and rest! First time in Japanese onsen hotel came for the reviews. Very enjoyable stay: comfortable stay, bed was great although room size is abit small (worried about claustrophobic without windows but was fine). Shower was good too with amenities, obviously onsen is nice and abit more clean than I expected. Loved the shower stations there with super pressure you could take a good shower. Tv had 1-2 English channels so that’s appreciated. Location on Wua Lai street was good for exploring the busier side across. Staff were lovely and nice as well! Recommend for a different experience that is good! Came back for my last stay in Chiang Mai with a good bang

Enjoyed the Japanese hotel with onsen, towels and kimonos available. You can find time at night to use the facilities even though it’s hot outside! Bed was very comfortable i wanted to return to rest. Aircon temperature works too, small room indeed but few nights is okay. Water pressure in bathroom was abit low and I thought it’s abit weird to shower in the wooden tub as not sure if they clean it well after each guest? Enjoyable stay no less, nicely located to go about

A tad bit lacking in the cleanliness section, but nevertheless, it's affordable!

Impressed by the location, near just right next to the Saturday walking street. By thw way, since this hotel is under ryokan so the guests must expected to touch the Japanese experience. We hope, first thing the onsen should open more than 5hrs. The restaurant should be better than you are now.

Cleaned room, location is good

Hotel located at the center of Saturday's Walking street and very convenience. The decoration is very nice. The room is a bit cramped but still ok. Free access to Onsen for all guest 😀
